Chapter 1. Before they realized

Keith had been looking for a good girl to date someone kind and loving and that would love her for her. All she had ever been able to find was people that hurt her. And she was tired of it. She wanted to be loved not used. Keith met Skye at the start of her Sophomore year in high school in October. Skye was 17 and Keith had just turned 16 the month before. They met for the first time on the 12th of October in 2021. 3 days later was homecoming and Keith had decided to go with her at the time boyfriend and girlfriend as Keith was poly. When they got there Keith spotted Skye and went over to her. "H-hi Skye" Keith says.

"Oh hey Keith" Skye says in return blushing slightly.

"How are you?" Asked Keith

"I'm great now that your here" Skye said as she started to move toward Keith. Unfortunately Keith backed away.

"Um Skye what are you doing?" Keith asked in a panic

"Just looking at your dress it's really cute" Skye says while blushing more and looking away slightly

"Oh um thank you" Keith says in response while starting to blush a little herself. Skye tries again to get closer to Keith but unfortunately one of Keith's partners come back from getting something for them to drink.

"Um what the fuck" Keith's partner Nevaeh says

"Oh uh hi Nevaeh" Skye says seeing her at the time best friend standing there

"Hi babe" Keith says to her partner trying to keep things from getting bad.

"Babe what the fuck is going on" Nevaeh says to Keith but Keith just brushes it by kissing Nevaeh.

"Why don't you go get us seats for the football game baby" Keith says to Nevaeh who then goes to the field to find seats for the group.

"I'm sorry I should go" Skye says in an Australian accent instantly turning Keith on, Keith kept it hidden from Skye though to keep things from getting weird.

"No" Keith said while she grabbed Skye's hand to keep her from leaving.

"Don't go please" Keith continued

"Ok I won't but only because I don't want to upset you" Skye said while becoming confused on why Keith wanted her to stay and why she hadn't let go of Skye's hand yet.
