Endless Potential

The King of Kakin had organized the departure of Black Whale 1, the ship intended to travel to the Dark Continent.

His main objective was to make the selection of the next king in this boat.

The V5 had included Kakin's Empire in its sound, it was now called the V6.

Endless plottings were swarming in this immense vessel, the departure had arrived a few hours before.

Skotadi was in the suite of a Prince, who had died upon his arrival, her and all her bodyguards and servants.

He drank his victim's blood, her name was Tubeppa, Meruem didn't eat her, Skotadi didn't want to hear about Parasitic Type Nen Beast, it was too unpredictable, otherwise Camilla would be his target on this boat,

but he didn't want to take any risk, if he killed her and his life was sacrificed to resuscitate her, she could inherit his immortality, his bloodlines, no that would be a potential headache.

He wanted to enjoy what a luxury life was, but it was boring, he realized he was lucky, he may not have been born in the most enviable way, but he was not hadn't become one of those incompetents filled with such arrogance that it couldn't be called arrogance anymore,

Someone was at his door, and that person only wanted bad things, Meruem saved him from trouble with Photon, so Skotadi called Meruem back and initiated In so as not to have to kill this fool which might force him to kill everyone on that ship,

that would be boring, he just wanted to enjoy a quiet crossing or else he would have flown, it would have been faster.

The guy knew Nen and mastered En, but it was a cannon chair, he left without entering the room, it was still another prince's territory all the same.

After few days of trouble-free travel, Skotadi was able to use "Magician of Evolution" again.

He created a clone which used it on him, the efficiency would not be less. After moving, he calmed his restless heart by extreme arrogance.

'Netero really had monstrous self control !' he thought.

He felt that all these Nen abilities had evolved much more than the others, the evolution was personalized according to each one.

He had sensed one thing that let him understand one thing, this Hatsu was divine.

His talent in Nen as well as even his affinity in each category of Nen had been improved, it was not the same that he had received from the system, this time it was only what concerned Nen, but it was what that he wished more than anything, to have an improved talent in cooking would not have been very useful to him.

If with Nen, his talent was quantified at 100 before, after the evolution it was 100,15, concerning his affinity before 100 and after 100,15 too.

These numbers should not be despised his previous 100 talent was huge, Gon if he had to quantify his talent, would only have approximately one talent between 35 and 40.

His understanding of Nen hadn't changed, but it would be easier to improve if he practiced.

The compability of an Enhancer is 100% in Enhancement only, Skotadi also had only 100% but in all categories, now it had 100.30%.

If he used "Avarar of God", nothing would change except the degree of immersion he would feel while controlling an avatar, before his degree of immersion via an avatar was the same as with his main body, now he would have the feeling that the avatar was his real body and that his main body would be the avatar !

Each Hatsu would be more powerful, and Nen would become more natural to use, as if before he was crawling and in the dark, now he would still crawl, but in the middle of the day.

His amount of Nen had jumped, his universal energy as well though less.

His thinking speed, instincts, and insight had improved although his intelligence hardly had.

He felt his control over himself, body and mind, having grown up, he was less afraid of death, still, but he took it more calmly.

As if a child had received the toy he wanted for Christmas, Skotadi practiced thinking: 'To hell with relaxation !'

After this development, the importance of talent was in the foreground in Skotadi's mind, so he tried to create a Hatsu with all his will, the one most suited to his potential.

"Talent Aspirator" : The user trains a vacuum cleaner with his aura, if the conditions are met the vacuum cleaner can suck up any person's talent, potential, not a rare ability.

Once the talent is stolen, the person cannot evolve into anything.

1. The individual must be 20 meters from the user, the vacuum cleaner cannot lie down anymore.

2. The person must accept, after hearing the description of his capacity from the user.

The problem with this Hatsu was that the target had to agree, which would never happen unless the target was in as dire a situation as Gon and was offered unparalleled strength in return, but this hatsu offered nothing.

Which was also good because, he could promise something himself and wouldn't have to stick to it by his own Hatsu.

The situation was heavenly, he had a huge amount of pawns ready to meet the slightest of his requests without any will to compensate, so he used this ability on a normal human, he inherited a talent in using a brooms, which he would probably never find out ...

But also a slight improvement in learning, he realized.

'So that will only improve the talent the target has. Ok, logical although I would have preferred less useful talents to transform and serve as fuel for my Nen talent for example.'

The few billion normal humans were not useless to him, he wouldn't throw them stupidly into a high level battle, but would wait to use them, if what he had in mind worked, these humans would be of little use be superior to a member of the Phantom Brigade.

He sucked them of their talents all the same, it wouldn't be useful to him ; he had an interesting experiment, he had used "Unveiled Potential" on these lambda humans before he created "Talent Aspirator",

and the answers were all NO, but after creating it the answer was YES, and after a few dozen 'Uses on these humans, the answers started to vary with each person, after using "Talent Aspirator" on almost a thousand, YES had become very rare.

"Unveiled Potential" had indeed evolved according to his needs, maybe for someone else who knew the ability it wouldn't be incredible, after all he would already know this detail, but for Skotadi it was magical,

really, as if he was watching Harry Potter, and the next day he had received the gift of magic, even if he had known in advance that he would receive it, the surprise would still be present.

But he didn't know the exact talent of the targets, so he wondered if, according to "Unveiled Potential", would the more intense YES be the most talented, or the least.

He couldn't say it and he was excited about it, so he tested, eventually the less intense YES were the more talented, which implied that he placed his desire for stronger pillars above his desire for taking theirs talents.

This kind of subtleties is unaware, his desire for the two differed not consciously, but minutely unconsciously.

'Interesting it's really beautiful, like what you don't need dazzling fighting skills to appreciate Nen.'

He removed the talent from the more intense YES, the ones with less potential, and he figured he would use them like ordinary humans, since they couldn't get any stronger and most of them didn't know anything about Nen, they would have been monsters if they had practiced.
