Skelengel; Tales Of The Boundless One [Not Updating]

When the universe creates a person, they are bestowed with certain traits that we, as mere humans, are aware of. Sportiness, the ability to work with computers, and creativity are all things we may obtain at creation. However, some of those talents extend far past the mortal realm of flesh and blood. They go all the way to your very soul, and these are the ones that we cannot see. These few are destined to become Boundless. And it just so happens that one was designated to die on the fateful day a new god took sight over the earth. This is the tale of Aaron Stone, the once businessman turned planetary traverser. Aided by himself and his potential, he plans to live out his life with peace of mind. However, the universe has it out for him, and it won't let him ever have true peace. However, someone from behind the shadows controls everything, and they have quite a distaste for Aaron Stone. They will try to make his life a living hell. Everything you read here is an account of something going on in the vast universe. Hell, who knows... It may even be YOU who takes his place in the future. The Oliseras

Aaron and his group appeared in a field of flowers, surrounded by plants that he recognised. Some examples of these were tulips, daffodils, foxtrot and even sunflowers. Aaron bent down to look at them, half-expecting a bee to fly at his face. "I wouldn't do that if I were you, Aaron." Erald warned Aaron, causing Aaron to stand up and turn around. "Why do you say that, Erald?" Aaron asked him.

"This is the field of poisoning flowers. It's the area all people have to pass through to get and out of the Olisera's Kingdom." Erald informed Aaron, causing both him and Crystet to groan. "So you're telling me these tulips are going to try to kill me? So different than the ones from where I came from." Aaron responded before picking a daisy up from the ground. "Hey, Crystet. Do you want me to purify this flower? After all, I personally think that it would look nice if we put the head of it in Clair's hair." Aaron asked him, causing Crystet to think about what Aaron was saying.

"I'm all for it, but how would we know that the poison is all gone from it? After all, I don't think any of your skills deal with poison, do they? What if it can still create some liquid poison, even after getting its head pulled off?" Crystet wondered. Hearing this caused Sciat to speak up.

"I guess it's time to reveal the Ultimate Skill that I got from the white-robed monster," Sciat announced, walking towards the daisy that Aaron had in his hand. "It's called Ultimate Atom Manipulation. I haven't used it yet, but maybe I can stop the flowers from secreting any more poison. After all, the poison would hurt Clair, and I'm not the best at treating wounds." Sciat informed them, picking up the flower with his hands, a blue liquid coming from his palms. It was almost like water, except it wasn't clear, but it was a darker blue. Everyone crowded around him to see what he was doing.

The liquid covered the daisy before being soaked back into Sciat's hands. "This is the fluid which allows me to manipulate the atomical structure of an object, and in turn, with enough work, lets me change its DNA and RNA. This will then change its purpose and will slightly alter how it looks. It'll probably absorb more of the mana particles in the air, and that will make it a durable accessory." Sciat explained, the daisy slightly shining with a light inside of it. "Wow. You said you hadn't used it yet, but how do you know all of this?" Aaron asked him, asking the question that everyone was wondering. "Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing. As soon as the liquid covered the daisy, a box with words appeared in my vision, and it told me how to use it." Sciat explained, and Aaron immediately understood what he meant by that, so he didn't say anything in response.

After a few seconds of patient waiting, Sciat's hands glowed a bright cyan colour as the changes to the daisy were made. Aaron looked away for a second so he wouldn't be blinded by the light. When he looked back, the light was dying from the daisy. As the light faded, Aaron realised that it had actually absorbed a lot of mana from the air, and it had become something interesting. It was a daisy similar in shape to marguerite daisies, although the insides were purple with a small border of red along the outsides. The petals ended in a point, although it wasn't too sharp. There were no poisonous parts in it, or there shouldn't be. "Wow. Just...wow." The King gasped, looking at the flowers in shock. "Sciat is your name, right? You're amazing! You not only stopped a flower from being poisonous, but you also completely changed what it looked like!" Erald exclaimed, causing Sciat to smile slightly. "Thanks. Although, once I get better at this, I'll do much more advanced things. I might even be able to enchant weapons and give them their own abilities." Sciat responded as Aaron let out a slight chuckle.

"You'd be the greatest asset to an army then, Sciat. Imagine going on a crusade against a large group of monsters, and you just pull out a sword comprised of flames." Aaron joked, causing everyone to imagine Sciat running into battle against Aaron, specifically, holding a sword made of fire. "Hey, Aaron, do you think that would kill you?" Crystet asked out of curiosity. "Honestly, no, I don't think so. Unless it could sever me and somehow stop me from healing myself, presumably by disintegration, they can't kill me. You know, unless I let them." Aaron replied to Crystet, giving his honest thoughts on it. "After all, usually only other Boundless people can actually deal damage to another one," Aaron explained, causing a look of fear to line Erald's face.

"There are more people like you?!" Erald yelled, scared for what the implications of that meant. "Yup. There is another one like me on this planet, although he knows he can't beat me in a proper fight. He may have won last time, but that was because I hadn't honestly slept for many days before that. He's even a stronger Boundless person than me, but he lacks one thing. The ability to actually make strategies. All he does is swing his sword. He doesn't have any sword-specific skills either. If he slices through the air, he can attack anything in that direction, but only for a certain distance. At least, that's what I've determined. However, I could easily be wrong, so don't quote me on what I've said." Aaron reminded them.

In the distance, Aaron heard the sound of strings being pulled backwards, remembering that they were visiting a Kingdom where the inhabitants were well versed in the form of long-ranged combat. Aaron looked behind him, only to see three creatures standing behind him, holding longbows. Two of them were male, with one female leading the group. Aaron assumed to be Oliseras. They had pointed ears, wore green-themed outfits and leather boots, and had green eyes. 'Going for the all-green look, I see.' Aaron said to himself, chuckling. "Intruders! What are you doing on our land?" The female Olisera yelled out as Aaron leaned over towards Crystet.

"Hey, do the Oliseras remind you of any races we've talked about before?" Aaron asked Crystet, who had been thinking about the same thing as Aaron. He just didn't want to say anything. "Yeah, I do," Crystet responded as a small smile broke out on his face.

"Elves."

No Elf Harem today, boys. Aaron is going to tell them about the tournament.
