Chapter 41: An Old Acquaintence

"In... incredible!" Matheus exclaimed. "Where did you get this? It's exuding such strong power." 

Li grasped the half of the horn in his hand. Despite Michael having sealed the object's power to avoid causing a commotion, it still exuded a 'cutting' energy to those nearby. 

"It was... a gift... from a friend." he answered.

"A gift, you say..." Matheus clearly realized it wasn't an easy gift to obtain, but given Jihan's response, he chose not to question further. "Well, if you're certain about your choice, let's go. It's not far from here." 

The man began walking towards the coliseum exit. Stowing the item back in his backpack, Li quickly followed him.
