CHAPTER 88 Trust issues
Ricardo sat in his office listening to the former board of directors explaining things to him…of course, his mind was in chaos. Whatever they were saying, he was listening. Dario, on the other hand, knew something was bothering his boss. Despite that, he wrote down everything said in the meeting.
“Mr. Romero?” Someone called him, and only then did he snap back to his senses. Realizing the men were staring at him.
“Sir, is everything okay?”
“Meeting dismissed,” Ricardo said, having no idea what was said. The men stared at him for a while and nodded.
“Have a good day sir… I hope we can continue the meeting on a more…faithful day,” having said that, the men left Ricardo's office.
“Damn it,” he muttered while running his hands through his hair, everything was a mess. He felt suffocated. “Did you get any of that?” He muttered after a while and leaned back in the chair. Dario nodded and stepped forward.
