Chapter 7

Yara and Dream went inside their house. Yara already informed her mom, Emma, that Dream was with her and she will tell everything to her when they come home.

Emma was watching her favorite drama in the television when the two arrived.

"How's the party?" Emma asked. "I enjoyed a lot, Mooma, the food is great especially the cathedral." Dream said with excitement in her voice. "Really? More delicious than your mom's?" Emma asked and Dream looked at Yara. "Oh, no, no! Mommy's cathedral is the best!" Dream said and smiled at Yara. "What a sycophant!?" Yara said smiling.

"You know what, Mooma, Sky's big brother is too kind. He helped me in doing my assignments." Dream said that made Emma furrowed her forehead and looked at Yara. "And he's handsome too." Dream continued. "Really?" Emma asked. "Yes, Mooma. Mommy's new bosses are handsome too but Big brother Kenzo is the handsomest of them all." Dream said. "Kenzo?" Emma asked. "Do you know him, Mooma?" Dream asked. "His name sounds familiar." Emma said.

"Sweety, it's late. You better clean yourself and sleep." Yara said and Dream nodded.

"Are my thoughts correct?" Emma said while she is making coffee for her and Yara.

"Yes, mom. He's the one." Yara said and sighed deeply. "How come?" Emma asked. "I don't know either. I was shocked too. I wanted to faint a while ago when Kenzo and Dream met but I can't do anything. They might question me if I hurriedly pulled Dream away." Yara said. "What's your plan now?" Emma asked. "Let's pray and hope that they will not find out anything." Yara said and Emma sighed.

Yara and Dream are waiting for a cab but a car suddenly stopped and Yara wanted to come back inside their house. "Pretty sister, Dream, hop in." Sky said when she lowered down the window of her brother's car. Dream immediately came inside the car but Yara is hesitated. "Pretty sister, hurry up, we will be late." Sky said and Yara lazily walked towards the back door.

"Am I your driver?" Kenzo asked with his brow raised. Yara planned to sit at the back together with the two girls but when Kenzo spoke, she opened the front door and sit on the passenger seat.

"Pretty sister, thanks for coming again last night." Sky said happily. "You're most welcome." Yara answered smiling. "Big brother, thanks for helping me again last night." Dream said. "No worries." Kenzo said with a smile on his handsome face.

"By the way, Pretty sister, can I ask you a personal question?" Sky said. Yara furrowed her forehead. "Sure, what is it?" Yara asked. "Where's Dream's dad?" Sky asked that made Yara choked on her saliva. "Sky!" Kenzo said with a serious tone. "Sorry..." Sky said apologetically then kept quiet.

Kenzo gave a bottled water to Yara when she didn't stop from coughing. "Thank you." Yara said after sipping.

When they arrived at school, Dream and Sky went out from the car. "Bye!" Yara said and Dream waved. Sky is still quite. "Hey, don't be sad. I'm not angry." Yara said and Sky smiled. "I'm sorry Pretty sister." Sky said. "It's ok. Go inside." Yara said and both of the girls walked going inside the school. After seeing the two girls are already inside the school premises, Kenzo and Yara left the place.

Kenzo parked his car on the underground parking of the building. "Thank you." Yara said. "Why can't you answer a simple question?" Kenzo said before Yara could open the door. Yara stiffened. "Where's your husband? Abroad?" Kenzo asked. Yara cleared her throat. "Mr. Kenzo Vasquez, my personal life has nothing to do with you or should I say it's none of your business." Yara said with sarcasm. Kenzo smirked and suddenly grabbed Yara and pinned her down on the car's seat.

"What if I say it's my business!?" Kenzo said and harshly kissed Yara. Yara wiggled but Kenzo's strong arms held her tight so she doesn't have a choice. "Ouch!" Kenzo said and touched his lips. Yara bit his lips. When Kenzo loosened his embrace, Yara pushed him and hurriedly went out of the car and ran towards the elevator.

"Damn!" Kenzo murmured. He went out and immediately followed Yara. He stopped the door from closing and Yara didn't know what to do. She can see anger in Kenzo's eyes. "Why is he angry? I should be the one to get angry with him!" Yara said to herself. When Kenzo is about to grab Yara, Kairo entered the elevator together with the other employees of the building.

Kairo saw the blood in Kenzo's lips. "What happened?" Kairo asked curiously. Kenzo shaked his head for an answer. When Kairo saw Yara looking down, he smiled. He knew something happened and he will find it out.

The elevator stopped on the third floor. Kairo pulled Yara outside and when Kenzo saw it, he followed them. "Where are you taking her?" Kenzo asked with a serious tone. Kairo stopped on his tracks and looked back. "Coffee, remember?" Kairo said smiling naughtily. He again pulled Yara and of course, his friend followed.

Kylo and Buster were already inside the coffee shop when the three arrived. The two raised their brow when they saw Kenzo's lips. "What happened?" Kylo asked. Yara wanted to answer "Because your friend is a pervert!" but decided to kept quite. "I accidentally bit it." Kenzo said. Kairo laughed. "What's funny?" Kenzo asked annoyingly. Kairo shrugged his shoulders.

"Yara, what do you want?" Buster asked. "Thank you, Sir Buster, but I already had breakfast at home." Yara said. "Nah, every morning before going to work, we will all gather here to drink coffee,ok?" Buster said smiling. "A macchiato will do, Sir Buster." Yara answered. "Ok." Buster said. "It's on me." Kenzo said while giving his credit card to Buster. All three smiled meaningfully.

They all rode the elevator going to Abstract Worx. When the elevator opened, someone immediately hugged Kenzo. "I miss you so much!" Sapphire said. "Welcome back, Sapphire!" Kairo said. "Thank you, Kai. I have something for you. It's on the car." Sapphire said and Kairo nodded. "Hi Ky! Hello Buster!" Sapphire said and the two men smiled. Sapphire looked at Yara.

"She's our new secretary, she's Yara." Kylo said. "Good morning, ma'am." Yara said politely. "Hello, nice to meet you." Sapphire said. They all went out the elevator and walked towards the office. Kenzo and Sapphire directly go inside Kenzo's office while the rest gonto their rooms and Yara to her table.

"You're new secretary is pretty. Did you hired her?" Sapphire asked. "No, she was hired by Kairo." Kenzo said while looking on the documents. Sapphire walked towards Kenzo and sit on his lap. "Come on. I've miss you and I don't even get a kiss from you." Sapphire said and cupped Kenzo's face. She furrowed her forehead when she saw Kenzo's wound.

"What happened to your lips?" Sapphire asked. "I accidentally bit it." Kenzo said and stood up making the girl on his lap stood up too. Sapphire was left inside the room when Kenzo walked towards the door. "Why does I feel something is amiss?" She asked herself.

"Secretary Yara, come with me." Kenzo said going out from his room. Buster was talking to Yara and he furrowed his forehead when suddenly Kenzo asked for Yara. "Where are you going?" Buster asked curiously. "I'm meeting with the client about next week. He texted me and he wants to talk about something." "Why Yara is coming with you?" Buster asked. "She's coming with me next week, right. I want her to meet the client so I don't have to explain everything to her and to the client." Kenzo said. "How about Sap?" Buster asked seeing Sapphire going out from the room.

"Oh, don't bother, I'm leaving also." Sapphire said and looked at Yara. "Call me when you're free." Sapphire said talking to Kenzo and went after waving her goodbye.

"Follow me." Kenzo said. Yara looked at Buster asking not to let her go through her eyes but Buster just winked at her. Yara sighed deeply.
