Kyara, who

In a cozy guest room at the Adventures guild, Kai found himself in a state of pure contentment, lounging on a luxurious sofa and engrossed in his mobile device. The sheer delight he felt surpassed any previous experience he had encountered.

Lost in the depths of his thoughts, Kai's mind wandered to the astonishing realization that his existence had merely unfolded over the course of a single week. Contemplating this mind-boggling fact, he nonchalantly scratched his chin, striving to exude an air of effortless coolness.

In a luxurious sofa, Kyara sat across from him, her cheeks tinged with a delicate blush. She couldn't help but steal glances at Kai, who was desperately trying to exude an air of coolness. His mere presence had her utterly captivated. Beside Kyara, Sally delighted in the spectacle, concealing her grin behind her hand and occasionally letting out a mischievous "Heh heh" sound.

Kai expressed his amazement at the fact that electronic devices function inside the tower, and he wondered how the internet works in such a confined space. He asked this question with great curiosity, clearly pleased with the results of his efforts.

"We're still in the dark about how exactly this thing works, but boy, oh boy, is it crucial to us," Sally mused, her face a canvas of intrigue.

Kai, ever the inquisitive soul, chimed in, "Hey, does the almighty dollar reign supreme in this tower too?" Sally shot back, a mischievous glint in her eye, "You betcha! The dollar is the undisputed king, ruling over both the inside and outside realms of this towering domain."

In observing Sally's adeptness at effortlessly crafting jokes and engaging in delightful banter with Kai, Kyara found herself experiencing a sense of envy. She longed to possess the same innate talent for seamlessly integrating humor and charm into her own conversations, thereby enabling her to also partake in enjoyable exchanges with Kai.

As Sally sat on the sofa, she couldn't help but notice her friends' longing gazes towards Kai, her desire to engage in a conversation with him palpable. Sensing her envy creeping in, Sally decided to gracefully extricate herself from the situation. With a mischievous grin playing on her lips, she rose from the sofa and declared, "Oh, I just remembered, I have some important tasks to attend to. You guys go ahead and enjoy your chat." As she leisurely made her way out of the room, Sally couldn't resist casting a sly glance at both of them, relishing in the anticipation of what might unfold in her absence.

"Hello there, it seems like you have a bit of a blush on your cheeks!" Kai said with a playful tone, a mix of concern and amusement evident on his face. Kyara, taken aback by his observation, initially felt the urge to escape. However, she soon realized that her friend had intentionally created this opportunity for her to spend some quality time with Kai. Gathering her courage, she initiated a conversation with him

"Y-Yes, I'm totally, absolutely, positively fine," she stammered, her cheeks turning a shade of crimson that could rival a ripe tomato. Kai couldn't help but be entertained by her adorable flustered state, but she managed to gather her composure and continued the conversation.

"I heard that you've started another risky mission, assigned by the respected guild master," she said, her voice showing a combination of shyness and genuine worry

Kai, ever perceptive to Sara's concerns, chimed in with a touch of intrigue. "Ah, yes, the quest does pique my curiosity as well," he confessed. But he didn't stop there; he reassured her with a confident declaration. "Fear not, dear Kyara,I will not be undertaking this adventure by myself, Sara has already assigned another capable companion to join me, and together, we shall conquer it swiftly."

As these words reached Kyara's ears, a sense of relief washed over her, yet a tinge of envy lingered. as How effortlessly he addressed the guild master by her name, as if they were old friends

But as soon as she grasped the name he had refer to her, her gaze fixated on Kai, her mind spinning in disbelief. Kai attempted to snap her out of it, waving his hand before her eyes, but her trance remained unbroken. "She's completely lost," Kai chuckled, amused by the surreal situation unfolding before him.

As Kai gazed upon her with a mischievous grin, he couldn't help but exclaim, "She's absolutely adorable!" Unable to resist the temptation, he playfully poked her cheek, causing her to stir from her slumber.Blinking her eyes open, she caught sight of Kai's mischievous act, emitting a gentle "yep" sound in response. A knowing smile tugged at Kai's lips, a silent acknowledgment of their shared amusement.

Kyara sprang up from the couch, her energy bursting like a firework, and dashed out of the room, leaving Kai behind with a grin that could light up the night sky.

Once he emerged from the room, he embarked on a leisurely stroll through the surroundings. However, his ambling was abruptly interrupted by the presence of Sara, who happened to be in the company of a mysterious woman. As his gaze fell upon her, Kai couldn't help but blurt out, "Ky-kyar, who?" Yet, in that very moment, he instinctively knew that this enigmatic lady before him was definitely not Kyara.

She exudes an entirely contrasting vibe compared to Kyara. There's an icy, unapproachable aura surrounding her, and her piercing gaze makes me feel like I've committed a heinous crime against her kin. She's the complete antithesis of Kyara. And out of nowhere, her glare intensifies, as if she's delving into the depths of my thoughts. But then, Kai's attention is drawn to her pointed ear. "Ah, yes, without a doubt, she's definitely not Kyara," Kai muses silently.

I gazed upon Sara, my eyes filled with curiosity, wondering who she was and why she bore such an intense glare towards me. It was as if I had unknowingly become the thief who had snatched away her beloved daughter. However, just as quickly as her piercing gaze had appeared, she gracefully shifted her position, leaving me to ponder the mysteries that lay behind her intense expression.

In a swift and unexpected motion, her right hand darted towards the hilt of the sword, nestled snugly on the left side of her waist. Kai's curiosity piqued as he wondered what her next move would be. And then, with a flourish, she unsheathed her blade, a glint of determination in her eyes.

In a blur of lightning-fast agility, she lunged towards me, her speed surpassing the limits of my vision. A battle cry erupted from her lips, echoing through the air as she declared, "How dare you! I'm going to kill you!" My gaze fixated on the menacing sword, mere inches away from my face, a chilling reminder of the imminent danger I now faced.
