8 - Part B:
I'm on front of the vending machine thinking deeply on what to pick as my lunch.
The reason why I'm having a hard time picking on what to buy, it is because that everything that this vending machine has to offer are health junks.
Even the potato chips in this machine is baked, unsalted and has no preservatives which means no taste.
In other words, everything in this vending machine is tasteless.
What the hell!
Is there anything in this thing that isn't tasteless?
At least a fudge bar would do!
Damn it! I probably have better luck at the convenience store if it's even open.
"Hey hey! What's up mega playboy! Are you lost?"
"It's dangerous around here you know? Dangerous people might mess with you. You know, people like us!"
I turn towards the direction on where the voice is coming from and saw a bunch of three boys who seems to be older than me.
Two of them looks like a bunch of your typical everyday punks you see roaming around the streets while the other one looks normal but wary for some reason.
Since I'm not in the mood to deal with these goons, I ignored them and went back to what I was doing.
"Hey! Don't you ignore us?"
One of the goons shouted.
I turn back towards them and ask.
"What do you guys want?"
"What do you guys want?? Is that how you talk to your upperclassmen? Where's the respect?"
As the guy at the right said exaggeratedly.
The guy at the left makes a support statement while pounding his hand with his fist like what a typical street punk do to threaten someone.
"Maybe we should go a head and teach him a lesson."
Pound* Pound*
"Now that's a good idea!"
The guy and the left said arrogantly.
The normal looking guy in the middle who is few steps behind the two tries to stop them.
"Hold on you two! This is the prinicipal's grandson we're talking about here. He's untouchable! Who knows what punishment awaits us if we mess with him!"
"Don't be such a lame ass Barit."
"Yeah Barit! If you're not with us, then step back!"
And the two refuted him.
The normal looking guy in the middle raises his hands as a sign of giving up.
"Alright! Alright! Don't blame me if you two get punished.
The guy in the middle said and takes and left.
"Oh don't worry! We wont!"
The guy at the right said and turn back towards me.
The guy on the left did the same.
The guy at the left ask me a question while pounding his hand with his fist.
"Now! Where were we?"
"Who knows?"
I refuted him.
Looks like I made him angry.
"Now listen here you smart ass! We want to kick your ass for hogging all the cute girls to yourself. Catch my drift?"
The guy at the left said angrily.
Since I can't make sense with all what he said, I decided to tell him that I don't understand.
"Sorry I don't."
"Don't you play dumb with me!"
And I made him more angry.
What the hell is his problem?
"Ehem! Let me handle this."
The guy at right said and took over.
The guy at the left reluctantly give way to him.
"Like what my friend here said, we want to kick your ass for stealing all the cute girls from us. Get it?"
As if! This is making less sense.
I don't get what he meant by stealing all the cute girls. Besides, I never stole anything in my life let alone a cute girl or anybodies girl.
All I know is that they want to kick my ass so I decided to go straight to the point.
"Look! Cut the crap and let's just get on with it , shall we?"
After I said that, I took a step back and went into a fighting stance.
"Fine by me!"
"You'll regret this!"
The two of them said and took out their weapons.
The guy at the left is holding a plasma saber with a green blade on his right hand and a handgun on his left while the guy at the right is carrying a standard sub machine gun.
So the first guy I should take out is the guy on the left so that the fight will become much easier once his gone.
Also, he's the most venerable when it comes to close quarter combat judging by his choice of weapon.
I should also watch out for attacks made by atomic synthesis.
Now then, let's start!
I quickly dash towards the guy holding the sub machine gun, hold his weapon with my left hand and blast it using atomic synthesis before he could even react.
Boom*
As a result the gun explodes into a million pieces.
Who knew a gun could make a good fire works.
After that, I quickly execute a compressed air punch with my right hand that sends him flying backwards.
Pak* Woosh*
Now that guy is done for, I turn towards the other guy.
As I did, he quickly took a step back and start firing me with his handgun.
Bang* Bang* Bang* Bang*
Since I'm not like Ace or Wren who have super senses which let them dodge bullets, I was hit by the shots.
My barrier's life gauge is now 87%.
After he bombards me with bullets, he executes a front leap slash which I wasn't able to dodge.
Voom* Tsk*
My barrier's life gauge is reduced to 80%
Damn!
After that, he leaps backwards and points his gun at me.
Before he pulls the trigger, I took the initiative and synthesize a crystal wall to act as a shield.
Shshshssht* Bang* Bang* Pew* Pew*
The crystal wall did it's job and protected me from the bullets.
The guy stops shooting.
Wonder why?
Is he waiting for me to come out?
Suddenly, I felt a mild shock at my back and then the next thing I knew, I smashed right into the crystal wall.
Bam*
If it weren't for the barrier, that would really hurt a lot.
"You think you you already beat me? Hah! You underestimated me!"
I quickly regain composure and face the person who said that.
It was the guy that I used my compressed air punch on.
So that wasn't enough huh?
How about this!
I try to take him by surprise by quickly approaching him and execute a compressed air punch.
Pak* Woosh*
But before was able to land a hit on his face, he sways my hand with his left which made me end up punching the air.
"The same trick won't work on me twice!"
As he said confidently.
After that he grabs both of my hands and locks it with his arm while hugging me.
Then he shouts.
"Now!"
Soon after, I hear gun shots.
Bang* Bang* Bang* Bang*
I felt a mild shock on my sides.
I'm pretty sure the other guy is shooting me right now.
Voom* Tsk*
And now he stabs me with his plasma saber.
Dammit! At this rate, I'll get my ass kicked.
I covered my whole body with electricity out of desperation.
While shouting...
"Back the hell off!"
Bzzzzzzt*
The guy who's restraining my movements got startled and let go of me.
I can't let this chance slip!
I quickly execute a light jab on his stomach with some shock treatment, hit his head with my right elbow, grab his arms, forcefully turn him towards the other person and execute a strong push with my palm while releasing his arm at the same time..
Bzzzt* Bam* Wam*
The guy flew towards the other guy which knocked them both down.
After that, I quickly run towards them and execute a downward thrust with compressed air but before I was able to hit them, I heard someone shouting which made me stop.
"That's enough!"
