Jealous (ft. Jimin & JK)

"Fluff, I just finished class. I'll meet you in Cafe Uno, okay? See ya. 😉"

You smiled at your phone seeing Jimin's text.

You have been friends ever since you entered college, best friends, well... your best friend whom you are infinitely in love with for exactly 2 years, 3 months and 15 days.

The downside is that, he has no idea of what has been happening with your feelings in that span of time.

"Okay, I'll see you later. 😊" You replied, agitated to finish the class as early as possible.

You were so occupied the whole time, you started packing 15 minutes before the professor dismiss the class.

"Miss I-want-to-go-home-now, are you excited in meeting your boyfriend that you are already fixing your stuff?"

You stopped and froze at what the teacher said. You slowed down your movement and bowed your head.

"I also noticed you weren't listening to my class. Stand up." You shivered and stood up.

"Since you were not listening, kindly explain how calico cats are formed?"

You looked at the professor and sighed.

"See, that's wha -" You cut him off.

"Calico cats are multi-colored cats caused by inactivation of X-chromosomes in a highly condensed state in the interphase called Barr bodies."

"May I go now sir?" You ended your explanation. He was astounded, then nodded without even knowing.

It's a good thing Jimin always forced you to do advance reading in your subject genetics. The calico cats were supposed to be discussed in the next meeting.

You called Jimin while walking in the hallways.

"Hey fluff." He greeted.

"Class is done. Thanks to your calico cats, I left the class early." You both laughed.

"I'll tell you more later, I'm on my way." You dropped the call.

You have almost reached Cafe Uno when your mom texted you.

"Darling, Kook just arrived from States and he wanted you to fetch him from the airport."

You were just about to reply to your mom that Kook should go home by himself, when Jimin called.

"I see you already, faster." He said, waving from the cafe window, flashing a smile.

You waved back and ran towards the cafe door when Kook called. You were walking towards Jimin while talking to Jungkook.

"Yeah, I'll come." You rolled your eyes. "Later, I need to meet someone."

"Who's that?" Jimin mouthed but you just smiled at him.

"Okay, okay. Fine. I'm coming." You shouted at Jungkook who was acting at the other end of the line.

You faced Jimin who was a bit curious at the person you were meeting.

"Sorry Jimin but I need to fetch Jungkook from the airport - " You were cut by another call from Jungkook.

"Dimwit! I'm coming!" You yelled and waved Jimin goodbye. You see him disappointed but he hid this emotion by his cute smile.

At the airport, you saw JK sitting in one of the metal benches, waiting for you with legs crossed and blasting music in his headphones.

You approached him and hit his head.

"You! Do you think you're a celebrity? I was with Jimin! You can go home by yourself. I'm going back." You scolded him.

"Yah, how can you greet your cousin that way! I just arrived and now I'm hearing some blabbering from you. If you want to return to him, you need to feed me first, I'm hungry." He clung unto your arms like he always do.

Jungkook is your only cousin. Although he lived in the States, he always visits you whenever he have time. And yes, you spoiled him so much.

"You dimwit. You're going to regret you messed with my date." You pinched him and started walking.

For the next few days, Jungkook was always accompanying you in school. He sends and fetches you everyday having a hard time meeting with Jimin.

You once saw him sitting in one of the basketball court benches but when he saw you with Jungkook, well Jungkook carrying your backpack, he diverted his gaze and walked away.

Although you wanted to go to him, he was already exiting the school gate. You have no idea at what was happening. You were both fine but this happened. You tried calling him but he never picks up the call.

Until you decided to corner him.

You caught up with him when he was walking on an alley, a shortcut to your home.

"YOU!" You pulled his bag and pushed him on the wall. "Why are you acting?"

"Nothing" He said, tone as cold as ice and eyes that can't even look at you.

"SPEAK." You exclaimed.

"WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE!" He said and tried to get away from you.

"What the hell Jimin! What happened?" You can't control your anger.

"What happened? Ha! Maybe I should ask you that, WHAT HAPPENED?" He threw it back to you.

"THE FUCK ARE YOU SAYING! I HAVE NO IDEA!"

"The last time I checked, you were so inlove with me. Now? You can't even look at me." He bursted. You froze.

"Wha-" You mumbled.

"I KNEW YOU WERE INLOVE WITH ME BUT NOW THAT, THAT GUY HAS ARRIVED, YOU WERE ALWAYS WITH HIM!" His face turned red.

You were stunned. He knew? But why didn't he confronted you?

"But why do you care?" You said in a low voice.

"BECAUSE I LIKE YOU TOO." He shouted.

"It's been 2 years and it's killing me, I don't know what to do." He said.

You cupped his faced and placed a light kiss on his lips. You looked at him and rested your forehead on his shoulder.

"Dumbass. You should have told me. We've wasted 2 years already." You replied, tears dropping from your eyes.

"You freak! You should have asked me straightforward! JUNGKOOK IS MY COUSIN!" You mumbled.

He held your face and kissed you again, you placed your hand around his neck while his rested on your waist.

"I'm sorry." He said when you broke the kiss.

"Is it for the 2 years wasted, for assuming I was with Jungkook or for the kiss?" You asked.

"For everything." He replied and giggled.

"Silly." You both laughed.

"So, let's go home fluff."

He held your hand as you walked towards your home.
