Damon

It had been exactly a week after we had gone out for a double date in the Italian restaurant and things were going much more smoother than I had actually thought.

First, I didn't expect for Melinoe to actually agree to my fake girlfriend but I really couldn't take all the credit. Most of the credit goes to Ethan who we have been seeing a lot of times after the night of the fashion show. The girl beside me let out a laugh that echoed around the room and I couldn't help but smile at how content she looked.

She tried running away but she was clearly failing as she weakly threw a pillow at me. " D- Damon s-s-stop," she said in between her laughs.

Second, I was actually grateful for this trip as I had spent the past week with Melinoe and even if that meant it took a day after the night in restaurant where I went full on bipolar. I couldn't help it honestly. Sometimes I really didn't have control over anything that I say.

She finally managed to get away from me and I saw her at the edge of couch. She was panting and I heard her little faint chuckles. "Okay, okay that's enough. I can't take it anymore." She panted. Her hand was still on her belly as she tried regaining her strength to actually stand up.

"You okay there?" I asked moving closer and she moved away almost immediately. "Don't come any closer,"

"I won't tickle you," I chuckled. "You promise?" She looked at me with uncertainty and maintained a decent distance between us. "I promise," she seemed hesitant for a while before sighing and removed her hand from her belly.

"Okay so what's our agenda for today Mr Garcia?" She asked placing a grape in her mouth as she sat on the kitchen counter. "Well Ms Montez," I paused and watched the small smile that lingered on her face. "Do you know how to dance?" I raised a brow and she stared at me blankly.

"Of course I can," she said proudly, her bare legs swinging off the kitchen counter. "Mmm" I looked at her hesitantly. "Really?"

"What? Are doubting my skills for dancing because let me tell you that I'm an excellent dancer. You just need to see me in a competition."

"Fine then, our agenda today is to go a dancing studio," She looked surprised at this. "Oh yeah?" And I nodded. "Name the time and the place,"

It was 1pm and I was dressed in an all black outfit. A black joggers and a sleeveless black hoodie. I put on my socks as well as my sneakers and grabbed my duffel bag and waited for Melinoe.

A few minutes more, the bathroom door opened and out stepped Melinoe. She was dressed in a black Adidas sweatpants and a black sleeve cut crop top and paired the outfit with Adidas sneakers and a black and neon yellow highlighted duffel bag.

"Oh geez, we need to stop matching." She shook her head with a small smile. "Come on let's go,"

"Okay so I can choose any genre?" Melinoe asked the coach and Michelle nodded. "Damon what do you pick?" She asked facing me.

I shrugged and stuffed my hands into my joggers. "Can you do contemporary?"

"Its my specialty," I smiled and she looked some what surprised. "Contemporary it is."

"Michelle since your the head couch you get judge who is the better dancer," I said to Michelle. "Are you really challenging me?"

"Why not?" I nonchalantly shrugged. "You're really underestimating me."

I took off my sneakers and was left in only my socks and stood in center of the dance floor. The lights went on when the familiar song the song "You Broke My First" by Tate McRae came on.

And once I finished my dance I was applauded and I bowed down to my audience and went saw Melinoe who was applauding me too. "Go on," I whispered in her ear.

"If I win, I get whatever I want right?"

"And if I win, I get whatever I want." She smiled and stretched her body before walking to the center. And after she danced in the same song as me, I instantly regretted underestimating her. She was even better than I thought. I watched as she hit every move and was fast but not too fast with her moves. She moved with the best and did her spider at the end.

I was speechless after but couldn't help but I had to applaud because she was amazing. She closed her eyes and allowed everybody to applause her. "Wow," I heard Michelle say.

"Thank you," Mel smiled. "This has to be a very hard decision for me to make." Michelle stated. "But I do have your results," she paused. "Its a tie."

I furrowed my brows an was actually quite surprised. "I wasn't the only judge trust me,"

"Well then, I guess we'll still continue with the bet."

We were back at the hotel. Except this time, we were in Melinoe's floor which was higher than mine.

"I have to give it to ya. I underestimated you Eli and you were pretty good." Her brows furrowed slightly. "What did you call me?"

Now my brows were furrowed. "Eli?" I repeated and I saw something in her eyes but I couldn't figure out what it was. "I mean if you don't like it, I'll keep calling you Melinoe,"

"No, no, I like it." She smiled. "But anyways," she said after a few moments of silence. "I told you not to underestimate me," she smirked went to the kitchen and got two glasses out. "Want a drink?"

"Do you have some whiskey?" She knitted her brows deeply but didn't question it and poured some whiskey and served herself some wine. "So about the bet," I said gulping down the whiskey. "Mm,"

"Its anything I will want and anything you will want, right?" She nodded her her head and gulped down some her red wine too. "Can I tell you what I want now?" She stayed silent and walked towards her balcony. I followed her and I found her staring at the sky once again.

"We'll say it together," she whispered. It was then I realized my heart was started to race. I found myself getting anxious at the words that were about to come out of my mouth. I was hesitating but I realized that this was really my only chance.

I opened my eyes that I didn't realize were closed and stared at into her hazel green eyes that hypnotized me. I had finally found some courage to actually tell her what I've been wanted to tell her for what seems like the longest time.

"Kiss me,"
