S-Class Item: Isolated Space; Water Essence Pavilion

Without realizing it, Xu Yongzheng spent the entire night absorbing and internalizing Spirit Qi. When he opened his eyes, his body felt even more rejuvenated than usual and he also noticed a slight increase in his cultivation base. The amount of Spirit Qi he absorbed was also almost two times his regular speed!

'Is this because of the mind spirit?' He said as he stood up and stretched. Just as he thought about this, the robotic voice spoke in his head.

"Bzzt. Mind Spirits help the owner absorb and internalize Spirit Qi faster. There are other additional benefits but those are reserved for A and up Class Mind Spirits. By the way, the owner's sign-in is ready."

"Sign in!" Xu Yongzheng immediately spoke. He couldn't get over the extraordinary experience that happened yesterday in his consciousness.

"Bzzt. Congratulations! The owner has obtained S-Class: Isolated Space!"

S-Class?

"Voice, what are the class for stuff, from worst to best?" Xu Yongzheng quickly asked. He had a strange feeling that he had just struck it rich.

"Bzzt. The class rankings from worst to best are as folows: F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, #, #, #, #."

"S-So I did get something amazing huh? The highest class is SSS, as for the other four classes...Claim!" Xu Yongzheng immediately claimed his new S-Class item and the name was pretty self-explanatory so he was rather excited.

Suddenly, a space made completely of foreign energy appeared within Xu Yongzheng's mind and it was the size of a rubix cube strangely. Xu Yongzheng was confused so he entered his consciousness to inspect the strange cube. When he entered his consciousness, the cube of energy suddenly took the form of a gate without much detail.

"So this is just the entrance...Phew." He let out a sigh of relief as he pieced together his own guesses and walked through the door. Since this was a so-called S-Class item it had to be extraordinary right? As Xu Yongzheng walked through the door, he was greeted with a magnificent view.

All around him was space yet he was walking on what seemed to be an invisible floor and standing tall before him was 7 pavilions all connected by bridges in the air. One of the pavilions was white and gold, while another was black and red. It seems like they all represent something...

"Wow..." Xu Yongzheng was in awe at the magnificent sight and stood still for a while before calming down and heading towards the pavilions. They gave off an ancient but welcoming aura, as if they were welcoming him with open arms. He looked all around the pavilion but couldn't find an entrance anywhere.

He just so happened to be touching the pavilion with a light blue and deep abyss blue color; most likely representing the water element...As Xu Yongzheng was touching the pavilion, all of a sudden he heard a strange humming and the pavilion shook.

"What's happening? Did I mess with something?" He was worried that he might've sealed his fate on accident for messing with the pavilion so he quickly tried to let go but his hand seemed to be stuck on it. Without any warning, Xu Yongzheng's vision went dark and he couldn't even sense anything around him.

"I should have never touched that stupid pavilion..." Xu Yongzheng started to lament the previous and reckless actions that he hoped wouldn't get him killed.

After what felt like forever, Xu Yongzheng could finally sense his surroundings and his vision came back. He immediately looked all around him and was surprised.

He was at the beginning of a corridor made up of light blue, abyss blue, and black colored stone.

Everything around him gave off an ancient feeling but still welcoming.

"Whoa, just how many surprises am I going to get today?" He wondered as he brushed his hands over the stone floor and walls. He noticed a few pillars on each side going deeper into the corridor and they were spread out only a few meters.

"I wonder what this is all about..." Xu Yongzheng decided to explore this place, which he was guessing was inside the blue pavilion so he advanced through the corridor.

However, as soon as he walked past the first set of pillars, an amazing and terrifying pressure that he couldn't handle assaulted him, crushing his bones nearly the moment he moved.

"W-What the hell is- Agh! M-My body is g-gonna be crushed!" Xu Yongzheng felt adrenaline rush through his body as he sensed familiar energy around him that was mixed within the pressure.

"W-Water e-element? I-I faintly sense a-azure essence too b-but it's not e-enough for me to try and c-comprehend it...Is thi-this some sort of tri-trial tower? V-Voice help me!" Tons of questions rampaged Xu Yongzheng's head as he resisted the pressure with all his might and Spirit Qi.

Thanks to the Dormant Life Mind Spirit within his consciousness boosting his vitality and Spirit Qi absorption, he managed to hold on for a few seconds. Xu Yongsheng called on the voice in his head but it didn't respond, making him become restless and nervous but he tried to calm down.

"Haaa...Haaaa...Okay, I-I can hold off...n-no, no I can't!" Xu Yongsheng tried to trick himself into thinking he could resist the unbearable pressure that was weighing on him but it didn't work. He wasn't some main character in a novel that was capable of magically dealing with every situation so he used the rest of his Spirit Qi to leave the area of the pillars.

Xu Yongsheng laid on the floor of the magical pavilion as he took multiple deep breaths while drenched in sweat and blood. All his bones were demolished at this point and if it weren't for the help of the Mind Spirit, he might have died from the pressure.

"I-If I can withstand t-that pressure, I might be able to strengthen my body and m-maybe comprehend s-some of the water element...agh..." He said to himself while looking at the ceiling; this was the perfect opportunity for him to get stronger and have his revenge.
