PRE CANON PART 2 (Dangerous mission)

POV Might Guy

When the Hokage first told him about the girl, he dicided to give her a chance.And Guy was very happy with the outcome. Tenten Hugarashi was a prodigy. But nothing like Hatake Kakashi or Itachi Uchiha. She is a prodigy of her hard work and willpower. Something Guy approved wholeheartedly. The girl didn't back away from his intense physical regimen even with her main focus being fuinjutsu. She was very good and natural with her bo-staff or her naginata. But she gave most of her time to fuinjutsu. The rarest of all ninja arts.He knew that she won't be her successor. But still he taught her about the eight inner gates. In just two years, the girl has reached low jonin level speed. He had hopes for her until she introduced another hard working person to him. Rock Lee. The boy cannot mold chakra. But extremely hard working. First he felt doubtful that he might be ignoring his duties as sensei to Tenten. But that changed as well. She was able to open her first gate. But that's not all, the new title of seal mistress suits her. He was happy to brag about her infront of Kakashi. Contemplating about last two years, Guy saw his team coming towards him. It was a b rank delivery mission to the land of rivers. They have a four man team Shibai Yoroi, a chunin , Nana Yama, a medic from genin corps, Tenten and himself. The mission is simple. To deliver a national artifact along with the signed documents of daimyo of land of fire to the daimyo of land of rivers. A smile automatically generated on his place showing his shining white teeth. 

"YOSH ! Let's head out and complete our mission. Have you packed everything necessary ?" Guy asked enthusiastically.

"Yes sensei.""Yes senpai." Tenten and Yama replied respectively while shibai only nodded his head. 

Guy didn't check. From the backpack of other two and from the scroll from Tenten's back, Guy knew that they are ready for the mission.

He leaded the team. It was a long term mission because they have chosen the path through the land of hotsprings. The land of grass has increased missing nin activities. So they have chosen this path. By the time they crossed land of hotsprings, it was already night. They only have to cross the mountains to reach the land of rivers. They settled near a forest area. Tenten made some of her traps around their camp. The night passed away without any incident. 

But the day wasn't good. Just before the sunrise, a sound of paper bomb going on alerted Guy. By the time he went to see what happened, It was already late. Yoroi was on the ground his legs belown off. He saw five enemy nins. And from the slash mark, they are missing nins. Iwa and Taki he recognised instantly. Guy didn't hesitate anymore. Opening the first five gates he jumped towards the enemy. One of them jumped as well. Weaving some hand signs, the nin covered his body with some kind of rock armour. But when they collided, Guy won by a little margin sending the enemy to the dirt. He heard the sound of flesh being teared apart. He turned a little to saw Tenten behading one of the nins with her naginata. The ninja was going to stab Yama. Yama was trying to stop the blood from Yoroi. He decided that going easy will only endanger his comrades. So Guy opened sixth gate.

She ducked under the kunai of the blondie ninja and grabbed his arm secretly applying shambles seal on his arm, she shoulder threw him towards the ninja behind her. That's when she saw another Ninja approaching Yama. She quickly unsealed her naginata and threw it towards the enemy nin. They're plan was to kill them with deadly attacks so Tenten has no qualms about killing them. The ninja tried to dodge to the side. But Tenten controlled it with her bracelets and behaded the Ninja. Out of five, one died. Two were fighting Guy and already loosing. The other two are stunned after one of them died. She quickly took advantage of their momentary shock and threw two kunais with paralysis seal tagged to it. One of them was able to dodge while the other got hit in his arm, paralysing him instantly. Seeing his comrades fate, the ninja went through some hand signs.

With fluid motion, Tenten cut through the rocks with her naginata. She quickly moved forward.

She jumped high and threw her naginata towards her enemy. The sword cut ceanly through his right leg. The ninja fell to the ground. With her enemy neutralized, she turned to see Guy sensei has already defeated the two. And the odd angle in which there hands and legs were twisted, she was sure that there are more than enough broken bones. She quickly went towards her sensei. But suddenly she felt her instincts screaming.

Not a moment later a pair of arm captured her legs and threw her to the side violently. In her tunnel vision, she saw a man weaving through some handsigns and earth spikes coming out in her direction. She heard Guy sensei shouting her name. But she knew that he won't make it in time. The ninja who threw her was rushing towards the paralysed ninja. If she has to guess, then probably to make an escape. So she activated the Shamble seal just when she was going to be impaled in earthen spikes.

*splat*

Blood splattered on the grassland. Guy's eyes widened in surprise. Instead of Tenten, one of the enemy nin got stabbed. 

Quickly reacting after her place was changed, Tenten lashed out with a kick to the incoming ninja who threw her. Caught off-guard, the man wasn't able to block the kick and was sent flying.
