CHAPTER 10
With a loud thud, One tails landed a few hundred metres away from eight tails.
"Roar**"
Eight tails was still screaming in agony.
"Naruto ! You brat ! What the hell you have dragged me into !" A furious Gamabunta roared.
"Naruto ! We should deal with Hachibi first !"
Tenten told Naruto .
"Boss ! Please ! I will give you the best sake in the world ! Please ! Hold on to him !" Naruto screamed and ran behind Tenten leaving a furious Gamabunta.
Tenten first decided to create 5 shadow clones. Naruto soon followed by making fifty shadow clones. Fourty of them, headed towards Gamabunta to help him against one tails Shukaku. This time he hadn't gotten any chances to talk to Gara except for their first meeting. He wanted to be friends with him. But it didn't end up well.
Kankuro had taken Konahamaru as a hostage. So Naruto threatened them to release Konahamaru using third Hokage's name. Everything till then was fine.
But Naruto did a stupid thing.
He indirectly hinted Gara being a Jinjuriki.
But Gara didn't took it well and attacked Naruto.
...Flashback...
"Hey, Naruto!"
"Yes, Sakura." It was a day after his marriage with Tenten. Naruto, in a happy mood was heading towards the usual meeting spot of team seven, when Sakura called him from the other side of the street.
"Wait for me !"
After they walked together for a while, Naruto noticed a cardboard box following them.
"Konahamaru, atleast use a henge ." Naruto said in a boared tone.
Then the box went flying and revealed three kids.
"As expected of my big brother !"
"That was dumb Konahamaru ! I am not doing it ever again ! Hi ! I am Mogei ."
"I am Udon. I love maths."
"..." Naruto stared unimpressed.
"You promised me that you will play with me !" Konohamaru raised an accusing fingure.
"I was busy doing a mission for your grandpa. And now I am going to meet Kakashi sensei. Chunin exams are coming. So I won't be able to play with you . But how about it, I will personally train you once the exam is over ."
"Really ?" Konahamaru had a big grin on his face.
"Here, for now take these." Naruto handed him three free ramen coupons.
After taking the coupons, konohamaru noticed Sakura.
"Hey big bro ! Who's this flat old lady ?"
The temperature plumented in the area.
Naruto put his hands on Konohamaru's shoulder and said,"Konohamaru,if you want to see tomorrow's morning, then.....run !"
"Who's flat and old you brat !!!"
"Sakura ! Wait, he lied about the old part. Can't you forgive him ?" Naruto screamed behind a Demonic Sakura.
Sakura stopped in her tracks. But Konahamaru kept running.
She turned slowly like a puppet.
"I mean you are flat as a chopboard, So he didn't say anything wrong on that part." Naruto wanted to provoke her so she won't follow Konahamaru. Which worked perfectly. But despite his efforts, a cry was heard.
"Let me go !"
It was Konahamaru.
Ignoring Sakura, Naruto ran towards Konahamaru.
"I should have put the kid down, if I were you ."
Naruto said unsealing his staff. He wanted to sound cool while facing Kankuro. So he went far to even conceal his chakra.
"Big bro ! Help me !"
"Let the brat go Kankuro !" The blondie girl, Temari spoke
"Why ! I am not afraid of some leaf punk ! And he is not here yet ! Let me have some fun !"
"Go ahead ! Hit him ! That will give me a reason to apprehend you and send you to T&I for attacking a civilian, especially the grand son of Third Hokage." Naruto said coolly spinning his staff.
"Kankuro !!!" Temari was panicking.
"Go ahead. You are here for chunin exams write. One less competition for us. Go ahead hit him."
To Naruto's provocation, Kankuro was already seething. But then Konahamaru showed his cheecks to the puppeteer, rubbing salts in his wounds.
Just as Kankuro was about to hit Konahamaru Naruto moved. He has deactivated his resistance seals. So to others he disappeared.
Soon Konohamaru was taken away from Kankuro's grip and a bow staff was being pointed at his face. But then Naruto turned his staff towards the tree near them.
"Come out !"
Sasuke and Gara came down.
Seeing Gara, Naruto retreated his weapon. Because he wanted to be friends with Gara, he took the initiative.
"Wow ! I never thought, I will meet someone else like me today ! So what number do you have ? You are from Suna right ! You must have one !" Naruto didn't consider what he was speaking in his excitement.
For a while no one moved. Temari was frightened. Gara's bloodlust increased. Kankuro was shaking. And then hell broke loose.
...
The whole attempt went down to a disaster.
But Naruto didn't have the luxury to think about the past.
He along with his clones quickly surrounded eight tails and started to bind it with adementaite sealing chains. Naruto could create chains with sealing property. But it was no where near capable as Kushina. So he tried to compensate with quantity. He didn't have to worry about chakra at all.
In the mean time when Naruto was busy binding Hachibi, Tenten was preparing the sealing array. It's major property was to supress and absorb chakra.
Within a minute the formation was finished.
"Naruto ! Get the original out of the attack."Soon a Naruto came out of the crowd, Tenten activated the seal.
"Three trigram pyramid formation !"
Within seconds, a dark yellow pyramid formed around the transformed eight tails. And soon it stopped roaring.
"You can go after Gara now ! I will handle this." With Tenten's assurance, Naruto went towards Gara.
After Naruto departed, Tenten started weaving through handsigns.
Jiraya has given her notes on different kinds of sealing techniques. But they were not specific jutsus. Most of them were just theories. But within a week, she has prepared this technique. Just a contengency plan. She never thought, that she would ever use it.
"Alright ninja art ! Domain creation !"
