This was the voice of one that had the power to rule over this kingdom completely, so it was not something that was easily tarnished.

Then without any hesitation, all of them fell to one knee and bowed their heads in fear, as they waited for what the king would say next.

The ones that felt the most fear were naturally Marquis Bloom and Scar who had been the ones arguing in front of the king.

They were afraid that they had provoked the king's anger and what this would mean for them.
