Meeting The Eldest Mikaelson Sibling

Henrick calmed down after a while. As the night progressed, each of them went inside the house. While Caroline sat there, the last one to go in the house was Henrick.

Caroline couldn't sleep. She didn't know what would happen next. But, she did know one thing. That Klaus would always choose her, protect her, love her, believe her, trust her. The thing she didn't know was that Klaus loved her more than she could ever know. And, these feelings had multiplied since they turned into the monsters of the night.

Caroline felt really thirsty, but the water in her house was already finished. She walked over to Esther's house, even though she had moved out a long time ago. She had always been welcome to return. She poured herself a glass of water.

"Who is it?" She hears a hoarse voice.

She jumped, and turned around. It was Mikael. He was sitting on one of the chairs cramped into the room. He was drunk.

"Mikael?"

"Freya…?" He said, "Is that you?"

Freya? Caroline thought. Who is talking about?

"My daughter…my darling." He had tears in his eyes.

Caroline was shocked.

"You are alive….I knew it!"

He came towards Caroline, he touched her cheek.

"I knew it….you are alive! Your mother lied about you!"

She didn't know what to do, except for playing along. After great effort, she got Mikael to go to bed. So, she could leave.

She didn't know who he was talking about. But, she had heard some things about another child from Finn. She had no details. She just knew that there was another Mikaelson sibling that was no more.

Perhaps, it was Freya.

She shook her head as she came out of the house. She had more things to worry about. Her husband's life was threatened by his own mother and father. He couldn't hide his identity for long. She knew that. They needed a plan.

Thinking about all of that. She fell asleep.

Caroline was pleased. They managed to hide the secret from everyone for a few months. But, it got harder and harder. Klaus didn't have to turn every month, but he liked to. He was finally embracing his true nature. He was also trying to find out who his father was. He often visited the caves with the wolves.

Caroline didn't have the heart to stop him. When we returned, he had this spark in his eyes that Caroline had never seen before. Esther suspected that her son had finally done something she had dreaded for almost twenty five years.

Caroline was sleeping. She suddenly felt suffocated. She saw Klaus Mikaelson sleeping next to her, and she came out. She needed fresh air. She came out of the house.

She leaned against the wall, and took a deep breath.

"Hello?" Someone whispered.

She turned around. It was a girl. She was perhaps a little older than Elijah. Like herself, she was also pregnant.

"Oh my god!" She sighed. "I finally found you."

The girl quickly ran towards Caroline.

"Who are you?" Caroline asked. "And…what's wrong?"

The girl looked terrified.

"Caroline! You don't know how long I have been trying to get a moment with you alone."

"How do you know my name?" Caroline asked. Taking a step back.

"Don't be scared. Not from me, Caroline." She said, "I am Nik's eldest sister."

"Freya?" Caroline gasped. "It's you!"

"How did you know?" It was Freya who took a step back, she was surprised.

"Mikael." Caroline said, "I heard him mentioning your name when he was drunk."

"Really?" Freya didn't think anyone would remember her. "But….I have come to tell you something very important."

"What?" Caroline was disturbed.

Why would this girl appear in the middle of the night? What was so secretive?

"What happened?" She asked.

"Our aunt, Dahlia….she took me in return for making our mother fertile." She told Caroline. "She told my father that I died in the plague when he went to the war."

"What?" Caroline shouted.

Esther Mikaelson was keeping so many secrets from the family. She couldn't believe the real nature of her mother in law.
