Afternoon Lunch

After having a bit more talking and sorting out their feeling for a tea time....

"Then, let's set aside that matter first. The night doesn't come, yet.... Let's go to the storage room. We will manage today's spoils and inventory there."

After Ranata issued his command, all the three people went to one of the empty room.

"Ah, first, let's sit down together. I will bestow you some power now."

After entering the storage room, they then make a triangle formation in the empty space before sitting down cross legged. Ranata sit in the middle with Althea sit diagonally on his left and Lumina is on his right. Ranata stretched out his hand to hold Althea's right hand and Lumina's left hand. Closing their eyes together, Ranata began the status and skills distribution from today's fighting on the way to town.

He distributes some status from the monsters and SPI he gained from Louge and makes both of them have the same status. Then he breeds the Metal Magic and Wood Magic he gained from Louge and give Metal Magic to Althea and Wood Magic to Lumina. He also give both of them Earth Magic and Spatial Magic.

After he finished with the distribution, he looks and confirmed all of their current status and skills.

Satisfied, Ranata opened his eyes and released his hold on the girl's hands. The girls followed suit, opening their eyes and retracting their hands while felling the power which flows and pleasant sensation that reverberating all over in their body.

Ranata mentioned the new skills he gives to the girls, and making sure they are remembering all of it before instructing them to use Spatial Magic to make their own pocket dimensional storage. Before an incense time has passed, they seem to get a hang on opening, taking items in and out, and also closing their storage.

After that, the three of them began to take out all the loots, coins, equipment and any items they stored in their storage. Also taking into account the items that was stored in this room, they began to sort and categorized the items and distribute it among themselves. All coins, equipments and any private belongings are kept by their respective owner, while the loots and other miscellaneous items in the storage room are divided in five parts. Ranata, Althea and Lumina each take one part. One part containing the preserved items is kept in the storage room while the last one part is taken by Althea and Lumina to be sold in the Guild Store tomorrow. Ranata will also joining them to see and learn the process of selling things to the Guild Store.

On this occasion, Ranata also didn't forget to purify the Ifrit Whisker he got earlier so that the curse within is erased. The ghastly sound it made when it is subjected to purification by Holy Magic becomes high pitched before it gotten weaker and weaker until it vanishes completely.

Finished with the management, the three of them get out from that room, and they see that the sun is still up. The girls then go to the kitchen saying that they wanted to cook for lunch and told their Master that the food will be ready in a quarter. After he remembered that he haven't eat ever since he transferred to another world and wondering why he did not feel any hunger, it is Celes who told him that it's because his body has been empowered (mainly because of his high Constitution stat) that he can preserve longer without food. With his current status, he can still fit and energetic even if he didn't eat for a hundred days. Although of course, it's better if he can eat at least once a day to fill his stomach.

With nothing to do, Ranata choose to see how the girls cook their food instead of waiting idly in the dining room. Going to the kitchen, he sees Althea taking out the Herb Hare meat they hunted earlier and quickly chopped it into dices while Lumina prepared the herbs and vegetables. Together, they cook a meat and veggie soup. After they finished making the soup, they take out some plain bread in a small basket and then take all the food to the dining room. A pot of meat and veggie and a basket of breads, after spreading the plates, bowls, spoons and knifes on the table, the three of them sit down together and began to eat.

Althea pours soup in a bowl while Lumina slices the bread and put them on the plates to be served to their Master. When Ranata take the bread soaked in soup and eat it together with a spoonful of meat, he sees that the girls are staring at him, expecting his reaction and seemingly eager to hear his opinion about their food.

After swallowing the food, he smiles to the girls and gives his compliment about their food, along with a thank you for the both of them. Seeing his smile and hearing his opinion the girls are so happy and they began to take their portion and like that, they eat together with a merry atmosphere. As for the drink, they take out a bottle of red wine and pour a glass for each of them. Under the command of Ranata, they make a cheer for celebrating the creation of their covenant and their unity. After all the food is eaten and the bottle is emptied, the girls begin to cleaning up. Ranata wanted to help them, but the girls politely refuses his offer and insists that their Master should just take it easy and wait until their work is finished.
