Quirk: it can really be anything mind-related/illusion-related, but for story purposes, I'm going to use a quick simular to Shinso's, but plot twist! You have a double quirk! you can control minds and use a mix of Dabi's and Bakugo's, your sweat can turn into heat that burns on the palm of your hand, not like fire, but it produces heat like one!

Cons: If you use your fire for too long it will burn your palm and make your arm freeze up(no pun intended), when u use your mind quirk for too long it can give you massive headaches, and could even lead to a coma if used profusely.

You don't like using your quirk often as it's very easy to overdo it, so you save it for dire situations.
