1 1 Enter Shigeo Murakami
I just wanted to say that I haven't seen Naruto since it ended so I might get some things wrong. If I do get anything major wrong please tell me so I can make corrections on it. Also as a warning I just wanted to say the mc does not have a system. His status only shows his current strength as well as check the strengths of others around him. it's basically just something to monitor his strength level.
Also he has knowledge of the Naruto anime and manga but only bits and pieces of it for now. He will in time remember more though.

"Huh, Where am I?"
A child by the age of six questioned as he got up from his bed. He looked around to see that he was on a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. He laid on one of the bottom bunks. As he looked around he saw that he was the only one in the room.
He got off the bed and felt something was wrong... really wrong.
"What?! Why am I so small?!" The boy said as he saw his small hands and feet. Not only that but it seemed his height also decreased. He was only about 3'7 feet tall.
But as the boy was going on an existential crisis he was suddenly bombarded with sudden memories.
"Ah!"
The boy yelped as he fell to his knees and clutched his head.
"Argh! What are these memories?!"
The boy was bombarded with different memories. He was bombarded with two sets of memories. One was six years worth of memories about someone named Shigeo Murakami and a village called Konohagakure no Sato or Konoha for short, the village hidden in the leaves.
In the memories, it shown about a world of ninja's and how the boy, although quiet and introverted dreamed to become one as he was told his parents were once ninja's.
The second set of memories were of a teen of about sixteen to seventeen. Although the memories were a bit fragmented. He could not find much of the one who owned it, no name or anything of that matter. Only a few memories of general knowledge of school and a place called earth.
The only vivid memories were of things called anime and manga along with knowledge of schooling up to highschool. Though one name of an anime and manga were the same as the rest of the memories. The anime and manga called 'Naruto', was fragmented and only bits and pieces could be accessed.
"What... is this?"
The boy said as he slowly got up but then he widened his eyes as he suddenly remembered something very important. A sudden memory popped up in his mind although a bit fragmented.

"You will have a chance of being transmigrated!"
"##### ######## ######## ####"
A strong and powerful voice sounded off.
"For you have ######### #########, this is the only way I can reward you. I am afraid I cannot bring you back to the dead since ###### #######."
The voice sounded off.

"Therefore I shall give you a chance to reincarnate you in these fictional worlds you like so much. I will give you a chance to roll a place to transmigrate to as well as two random roles for random powers from this wheel. Think of it as one of those wheel of fortune minigames" It said.
"I will also give you 2 wishes, but I cannot let you wish for anything too powerful. Remember, you will go to a random fictional world, it will either be a peaceful one or a dangerous one. So it would be best if you wish for something that can keep you safe or give you the ability to protect yourself."
The voice boomed.
"### ####### ######## ########## ######"
"Oh, the ability goro goro no mi of One Piece minus the curse along with all three Haki you say? Hm, indeed they aren't too powerful but just enough to protect yourself with. Very well, your wishes are granted though only you will have the ability to train in them and you will not get them instantly, you have to train to do it. Now let us see where you will transmigrate to and your other 2 random abilities you can get!" It said.
Suddenly a wheel of fortune popped out of no-where with many names of many different series from anime and manga's on it.
"Let us start!" The voice boomed as the wheel begun to spin.
When the wheel finally stopped it stopped at the name [ Naruto ].
"Oh my, how unlucky. This is one of the more dangerous ones, though you do have a means to protect yourself with your previous two wishes. Fear not as you still have 2 random ability draws, it could be of help to you"
Then the names on the wheel of fortune changed from the names of anime's to the names of many different abilities from said anime's.
"Once again let us start"
Like previously, the wheel began to spin. Once it slowed down, it landed on the ability [ Appraisal ].
"Hmm, although this is not a combat oriented ability it could still be of help to you. With this it could tell you the state of your body or others and you can us it in many different ways given the chance. Now then let us finish your last roll."
Once again the wheel began to spin. Though this time was a bit longer than the previous but eventually it stopped. Coincidently the thing gained from the spin was also from one piece. What the wheel stopped on was [ Rokushiki ].
"It is done. Although the various things you have wished for were all not too powerful, it could be if you gave enough time and training to it. Unfortunately this is all I could do for you, we shall part here young one" The voice said.
"Once again, I am sorry for the one to cause your death. I hope you can lead a happy life in the new world you will be transferred to even through the dangers. This is good bye #### ########"
"Yes, tha##k y#u"

One again opening his eyes, the boy now had new light in his eyes.
"I remember now, so it looks like I successfully transmigrated to this world, the Naruto world." He said.
"So the memories from earlier are the memories of me before I awaken my previous sets of memories. I am Shigeo Murakami huh". The boy said as he clenched his hands into fists.
"Appraisal" Shigeo muttered as a small window soon entered his eyes.

"Hmm, this is good. I can use appraisal as a way to check my training progress. It also looks like the mysterious being who transmigrated me was right. I really do have to train on them, I know how to do them but it seems like just knowing how to do it doesn't qualify in it being learned on my status" Shigeo muttered. "It also seems like the power of the goro goro no mi is classified as a bloodline limit"
"Well whatever, I have two years until I can enter the academy." Shigeo said as he looked at the window.
"It's about 12 or 1 p.m, so the matron and the other kids should be arriving soon. I'll begin training somewhere later or tomorrow" Shigeo muttered to himself.
He was currently an orphan and was in Konoha's orphanage. The matron and the other orphans went to buy groceries but due to the previous Shigeo's introverted nature he stayed back.
He was only currently a six year old and due to the orphanage he doesn't really have much freedom. The only time he has freedom in the day are after breakfast and lunch. Some days he will also have to help out with chores and he can't go after dinner since after dinner they have to stay inside the orphanage until the remainder of the day until bedtime.

I made the goro goro no mi into a kekkei genkai because there are already abilities similar to it in the Naruto world.
There were two examples similar to the logia type abilities from one piece shown in the anime. It's the Iburi clan and Hozuki clan. The Iburi clan was shown to be able to change their bodies into smoke while the Hozuki clan which Suigetsu comes from can do similar things but instead of smoke it's water.}
