(Knock)

There was a sudden knock on the door by the same young girl, her dark grey eyes roaming around the room, not able to look straight in their eyes or should I say in his eyes?

"Director..Director Andrew sent me to inform you that It's time for the next scene to take place".the young girl stammered while delivering

"Oh my gosh! can't believe we almost forgot" Sarah mentally face palmed herself. "we are coming out right away," Sarah said as she pulled herself up from the desk she had sat on and gracefully walked towards the doorway, her pale milky legs walking elegantly and beautifully.

"Aren't you coming along yet or should I pull you out there" Sarah teased

"Alright!, I'm coming out" Michael drew on his words as he came out of the classroom.

After Mrs. Penelope's Biology class, all the students dispersed and went to their next classes. Ariana on the other hand patiently waited for everyone else to leave before her, just to avoid any attraction to her as everyone seemed to find joy in bullying her.

The class became empty and quiet except for the little noises outside down the hallway, Ariana sighed in relief, at least she gets to go for her next class In Peace. Music class is something Ariana has always gotten good marks and grades in, sometimes she wonders how she made it through the tests and exams even when she didn't read.

"Seems I'm not cursed after all, just have some bad luck in a lot of things ". Ariana thought to herself, packing her stuff into her bag as she made her way to her next class.

"Good morning Mr Nichole" Ariana greeted the music teacher almost in a whisper, her eyes staring down still trying as much as possible to avoid much attention on her.

"Good morning Ariana" Mr Nichole responded to the greetings as Ariana went into class and took a seat at the far end of the class close to the window which is a favorite spot of hers, listening to the music teacher as students trickled in and took their seats.

In today's class, we will be doing some musical lessons on how to play a song called Moonlight Sonata by Ludwig Van Beethoven

Mr. Nichole explained the history of the moonlight sonata with only a few students listening attentively.

she heard the door swing open and the sound of footsteps approaching. As the person came closer, Ariana thought she had never seen him before but suddenly had a flash in her memory of the eye contact she had with him during Biology class. He had a confident, almost mischievous look on his face.

"He is a music student? I never knew." Ariana thought to herself as she watched him through the empty seats that were yet to be filled with students and took a seat beside her.

"wait, what?! He is seated beside me ?! How? Why must he ?! " Ariana yelled in her head.

As Tony approached, he caught Ariana's eye and smiled at her. She blushed and looked down, trying to hide her embarrassment. He sat down in the seat next to hers and turned to her.

"Hi there," he said, his voice low and smooth. "I'm Tony. I'm new here."

"Hi," Ariana said shyly, her voice barely above a whisper. "I'm Ariana."

"It's nice to meet you, Ariana," Tony said, still smiling. "Mind if I sit here?"

Ariana hesitated for a moment, unsure what to say. She hadn't spoken to anyone since everyone in high school always felt disgusted by her pimple face. She wasn't sure if she wanted to talk to this boy, even though he seemed nice. But before she could say anything, Mr. Nichole continued the lesson and all conversation in the class stopped.

Throughout the lesson, Ariana could feel Tony's eyes on her, but she didn't dare look over at him. She was too nervous and embarrassed. But when the class was over, Ariana didn't wait a moment longer and started gathering all her school books into her bag when she felt a tap on her shoulder, something she was avoiding. She turned to find Tony standing next to her.

"Hey, so I was wondering if you'd like to have lunch with me after class?" Tony asked, with a genuine smile.

Ariana hesitated, but she couldn't deny the butterflies that were fluttering in her stomach, no guy had ever asked her out on lunch and she couldn't miss out on this one, so she nodded slowly and smiled.

"Sure," she said, her voice shaking a little. "I'd like that."

Tony grinned and nodded. "Great," he said. "I'll meet you outside the main ?"

Ariana nodded again like a lizard, Tony gave her a little smile reaching his eyes, and walked away.

Ariana felt her heart racing as she gathered her things and headed for the door. What had she just agreed to?

The bell rang for a lunch break, the canteen was filled with the chatter of students, the clatter of cutlery, and the savory smells of a variety of foods. It was the perfect spot to catch up with friends, exchange gossip, and refuel for the afternoon's classes.

Everyone seemed to have someone to chat with, but one girl sat alone at the far end of the canteen.

Ariana looked around wistfully at the other students laughing and chatting, but she knew that her face full of acne made her an outcast.

Ariana ate her lunch slowly, savoring each bite. She didn't want to rush through it, even though she knew that sitting alone at the canteen was uncomfortable. She was used to it, though.

She was used to eating her lunch alone, staring at the wall, while everyone else had a friend to chat with. Ariana often wished she could just blend into the background so that no one would notice her, but it was impossible to be invisible when you had a face like hers.

Just as she was finishing up her lunch, she felt a tap on her shoulder.

Ariana turned around and saw Tony standing behind her. She froze for a moment, unsure of what to say.

"You started eating your lunch without me, it's not fair." Tony feigned to be saddened by her.

"Um, sorry, I thought you might have a change of mind so I just.."

"It's alright, mind if I sit here?" Tony asked with courtesy.

Ariana was stunned. No one had ever asked to sit with her at the canteen before. She looked around to make sure he was talking to her.

"Um, sure," she said, still a little surprised.

The entire canteen went silent as they all looked over at the far corner where Ariana and Tony were sitting. The students stared at them in disbelief, as if they couldn't believe that someone was talking to Ariana! the girl with the acne-covered face.

Ariana tried to ignore them and focus on her conversation with Tony but she couldn't.

Tony seemed to be unfazed by the stares. He chatted with Ariana as if they were old friends, and slowly she found herself relaxing and enjoying the conversation.
