Qiao Lian came out of the hospital and hailed a cab home.

She wanted to cook a sumptuous dinner for Shen Liangchuan.

But as she reached the house, she heard Xia Yehua's voice and laughter from the living room.

She was stunned for a moment before walking into the room. She was met with the sight of a delicate girl sitting on the sofa and conversing with Xia Yehua.

Xia Yehua had a smile on her face and she was holding onto the girl's hand.

When they heard the door open, they both turned to look at the door at the same time. Xia Yehua stood up with a smile and said, "Qiao Lian, let me introduce to you my new friend."

Qiao Lian immediately widened her eyes and asked, "Xia Nuannuan?"

Xia Nuannuan immediately laughed and replied, "It's me."

Qiao Lian couldn't help but start laughing, and asked, "What brought you here?"
