The buffalo's hooves scrambled against the crumbling edge of the cliff, its massive form teetering dangerously close to being thrown into the abyss. For a breathless moment, I thought the fight might finally be over. The beast's eyes widened, wild panic flashing through them as it fought against the pull of gravity. Dust and loose stones cascaded down the cliffside, disappearing into the void below. This wasn't the perfect outcome but taking it out in this way would have to do.
