Chapter 1 - Strongest Shadowhunter

Dani POV

As God granted my wishes I woke up in a apartment in New York or a loft.

I saw a woman who looks to be my mother bringing in laundry.

Mom: Dani, get up, your late for work.

Dani: Right.

I got out of bed to head to the bathroom as I brushed my teeth and walked out to my bedroom as I put my clothes on to walk downstairs.

Dani: See you later mom.

Mom: Have a good day.

I walked out to go into the elevator as I pushed the button to go down as I checked my pocket for my Stele which I got.

I exited the elevator to walk out on the sidewalk which I head into the flower shop.

Dani: Morning.

Alex: Morning Dani.

Dani: How was your night Alex.

Alex: It was good, wish you could have come too.

Dani: Yeah but I had something to do.

As I opened the shop I see some men come in but I noticed the rune on there neck which is a circle, Circle members.

Alex: Hi, can I help you?

Circle Member: What's a filthy downworlder doing here.

Alex: Excuse me?

Circle Member: Someone gave you up Warlock, either you can come with us or we do this the fun way.

The men pulled out swords but then I was in the back as I pulled out my Stele to trace over an invisible rune as my sword became visible.

As I walk from the back to stand in front of Alex.

Dani: I'm afraid you have to leave.

Circle Member: Your protecting a filthy warlock?

Dani: Better than being one of Valentine's filthy monkeys.

Circle Member: You got a big mouth little girl.

Dani: Yeah I do, so are we gonna do this or are you afraid to lose to this little girl?

Circle Member: Hmph, teach her a lesson.

Two circle members circle me as I slash one's throat before he could do anything.

Circle member #2: You Bitch?!

I blocked his slash as I stab my sword into his chest as I pull it out to look at the last one.

I pointed my sword to him he ran out the shop as it's time to leave as I turned to Alex.

Alex: Your a Shadowhunter?

Dani: Well yeah but I don't like the Clave so I'm not really one of them.

Alex: I guess I have to move again?

Dani: No your coming home with me.

Alex: I don't want to bring problems to you Dani.

Alex: Your not, let's go cause mom loves cooking for other people.
