Shadowbound Conquest

In an attempt to regain a regular life after a horrible past, a young man finds himself thrown into a world full of magic and extraordinary powers. Unfortunately, disaster still haunts him when he realizes that magic does not exist in him. Weakness is unacceptable in this harsh environment, and catastrophes that remind him of the past happen and spark a brutal journey of revenge. Forced into the darkness by destiny, he starts on a journey of revenge that makes him hunted around the world. The journey ends in conquering, whether he conquers the enemy, or the enemy conquers him. A war between light and darkness develops, challenging the strength of character and the limits of a given destiny. Can he, who merely wants a normal life, take vengeance with his power, knowledge, wealth, and life? Can he accomplish victory despite having to fight enemies without losing himself in a dark game full of malicious intrigue? ***** [A/N: The cover is mine, it's original.] Find official illustrations for my novels here: https://linktr.ee/FictionFalcon

Dear Readers,

Those of you who are reading this, Actually, I wrote this book in response to my dissatisfaction after reading a number of novels, I don't mean any disrespect by saying this. It's simply that the stories written don't always live up to my (and maybe other readers') expectations.

Even while the tale starts off well, it becomes more and more incoherent as it progresses. Elements that are either missing completely or faded from author's memory. The ending is abrupt, leaves the reader hanging, and doesn't make much sense.

I feel remorse because of that. Why did I read this story if the finale had to be like this? It's still better if the novel is finished and someone gives a review, and I read it even though the review is bad because I don't expect much from it. But if it's still ongoing and then ends suddenly with an ending like that, without any side story or clarity, that's what makes me disappointed.

That's why I made this novel, what I don't like in other novels I won't permit in my novel. So this is just a fiction trying to live up to the expectations of me, maybe other readers? I don't know because what I prioritize is my desire, you can call me whatever because of it.

I don't like stories that are not clear, that's why I try to explain the details that are necessary for the future plot of the story, excluding other details that are not very important to the story. That's why this story has several parts for one title.

I also don't like how the story often moves too fast, the MC gets everything without even trying, and also how a strong enemy hundreds or thousands of years old is defeated by a kid who came from nowhere and trained for just a short time. I'm sorry, but I'm a person who believes that if you want to get something, you have to work hard to get it.

Maybe some of you will say this: That's why the story is in the fantasy genre, that's what's called overpower, that's what's called a cheat, and blah blah blah. Of course, I also like that genre, that's why my own novel has a superpower tag because I read novels that I like in that genre. I also enjoy some OP fantasy novels like that, while others don't due of the reasons I listed previously.

Huft, I guess that's all the heart I want to express to all of you who have read or will read this novel. Please note that I never consider my novels are better than others, like I mentioned, I simply aim to live up to my expectations in the novels I read. If my novel doesn't fulfill your expectations, then that implies your expectations and mine are different, that's all.

Best wishes from this unqualified writer
