Claude Argent the First Shadow Hunter of the Argent Family

Claude Argent was mourning his brother Luiz,the Argent Family was a wealthy and prominent French family.So in 17th century the family had two brothers,who were well known for their hunting skill,but one of the brothers had an encounter with a Lycaon Werewolf in the woods, where he was bitten and turned into a one as well. Due to their family's Code and Luiz begging him,since Luiz couldn't control his blood lust.So

Claude shot him and killed him.

A servant came and said"Master,there is visitor for you."

Claude waved his hand and ordered"Send them away.I am mourning my brother now."

The Servant once added"They are from the church."

The brought slight shock to Claude face,so he followed the servant to the guest room.Where Alexander watches the fire with unblinking eyes.Claude approaches from behind and against the backdrop of flame, sees the nebulous shape of wings.The ghostly image is visible for only a heartbeat.

Claude was shocked see the shape in the air, as definition seeped into it: a set of wings,he looked at the stranger and asked"Who are you? and What are you?"

Claude did have an idea what the stranger was,but he was still having a hard time believing it.Claude also noticed a large black mark on the left side of his neck and some more on his arms.

Alexander tuned looking at him and replied"I am Alexander Raziel a Shadowhunter and I am here to talk about your brother."

Soon Alexander explained everything about the supernatural world and Shadow Hunters.

Claude guess about Alexander being a Nephilim was on target,as he muttered"Oh mon Dieu."

Alexander nodded and said"What you did for your brother is admirable and also he would have lost himself to the blood lust unless he had someone really guide him through it."

Claude was slightly guilty hearing his brother could have lived,but Alexander noticed this and said"You didn't know about Werewolves nor did you know how to help him through it.Also your didn't want such a life."

Claude nodded and asked"Why are you here Lord Raziel "

Alexander smiled and replied"For recruiting you,our council always goes around the world recruiting people to be Shadowhunters."

Claude was shocked hearing this and asked"You mean to change me into a Nephilim like you."

Alexander nodded and replied"Yes,but you could take your time and tell us the answer."

Claude nodded and the next day he decided he would become a Shadowhunter and become of protector for humans.

Claude Argent was recruited and taught by Alexander himself,he rose through the ranks and Argent Family in the future would also be known for producing some of the best female shadow hunters.

And it was during the 1760's that the Argent Family would meet Marie-Jeanne Valet,one of most well-known hunter in supernatural world.
