Another Danger!

Nora:- Save your sister? Hey, calm down first, then tell us what actually happened. 

Kid:- I came here with my big sister. She fell into the lake by mistake just a few moments ago. Please help me. Please save her. She will drown. (He pointed toward the lake)

Zen:- what!? (They now focused on the lake and saw a hand barely holding up the water.)

Lucas:- Oh no, We need to save her. Nora, stay here with the kid. I and Zen will go for her.

Nora:- Okay. Be careful. (She said while pulling the kid into her embrace and comfort him)

Lucas and Zen jumped into the water after giving their luggage to Nora's hand. They swam toward the child's hand. But as they were going toward her, they felt that the current of the lake was quite fast. Also Lucas's emerald brooch was blinking alerting danger. After a moment they realized that this lake is actually connected with a waterfall and that kid was flowing toward the waterfall. Nora kept following them by the lakeside with their belongings and the kid, Her heart skipped a beat as she saw the waterfall. They swam hard to reach the kid and successfully catched her but they were too close to the waterfall. They tried to swim back but the current was too strong and in the opposite direction. They flowed with the current and fell from the waterfall.

Nora:- N-No! Lucas! Zen! (She shouted as she saw them fall.. She rushed toward the side.)

But she stopped when she saw that. Suddenly a light gray color shone brightly. Three of them were floating in the air, Zen's eye changed its color to a light gray color. His dagger tattoo appeared again but this time it was spreading light gray color. A figure appeared again, like the Thunder spirit but it was a little different in feature. 

Air Spirit:- congratulations, young man. You are the chosen one. Use this power for greater good. 

Since Zen just awakened a new spirit power, he is currently unstable. So he could only hold them in the air for some time. But it soon loses control. Fortunately they haven't fallen down yet. Lucas used Flora Manipulation causing the vines to grow toward them. They were hanging while grabbing the vine. The vine was thin and weak due to Lucas's lack of control on his power. They tried to climb up but their hands kept slipping. Zen was at the top and then the kid after them Lucas was at the bottom. Zen climbed up quickly and turned to pull them up when suddenly the vine broke. Zen used Aero-Telekinesis but it only worked on the kid. While Lucas was falling down.

Nora:- L-Lucas! (She jumped from the cliff and held Lucas's hand. She held him close while falling down together.) 

Zen quickly moved the kid up to the lake-side. When suddenly his eyes fell on his backpack. The stone box fell out of the bag when Nora threw it on the ground before jumping in the lake. The box was open. The light gray stone was shining, he thought he might do something. He awakened air spiritual power, this stone might be choosing him? He thought he might use stable power after using the stone. So he picked up the stone but it teleported with bright light from his hand to somewhere else. He was left confused there. He can't think about anything, he couldn't dare to move his body back to see what happened to them. He was trembling so much. But then he felt someone standing behind him. As he looked behind, he saw them standing behind him. 

Zen:- Nora, Lucas? Y-You two are safe? H- how? I got so afraid you know, I thought I couldn't help you. (Sweats started to trickle down as he left a sigh.)

Lucas:- Calm down, Zen. We are perfectly fine. Don't be so hyped. 

Zen:- But how? Did you use another power Lucas?

Lucas:- To be honest, it's not me. It's Nora. (He gestured toward Nora.)

Zen:- Huh? What do you mean? I don't understand a thing! 

Lucas:- (Starts telling what happened).

Lucas:- When I was falling, I saw Nora jump from there toward me. Within a second I felt her holding me tightly. I thought we both were gonna die but suddenly a light shined around Nora, just like you. She also turned out to be a Spiritual warrior. The same thing happened to her too, she used her power without her knowledge. She somehow teleported us here. It must be Air Teleportation. 

Zen:- Huh? Nora too? Wow!.. That's amazing! I awakened two powers and Nora also awakened her power. It's so cool. We are a team of spiritual warriors now. But why do you look so tense Nora?

Nora:- Let's talk.. About it later. Let's see if the kids are okay or not.

Nora's POV:- I can't be happy about my awakening. As much as I know, only one person can hold a specific spiritual power. Yet we both awakened the same power even at the same time? How can be it a coincidence that all of us are spiritual warriors? I really feel there is something we are missing. It almost feels like someone set us up, so we can stick together.

Zen:- O-Oh. Okay. 

Lucas:- Hey kids! Both of you. Are you okay? (They walked toward the kids)

Ethan:- Thank you, sir! Thank you so much for saving my sister. Sister Eve! They helped you after I told them you fell into the lake. 

Evelyn:- I see. Thank you so much sir for saving my life. How can I repay you? (She was around 12 years old. So she replied with her head lowered in respect.)

Zen:- Woh. woh. Calm down, you don't need to get worked up with us.

Lucas:- That's right. What are your names, kids?

Evelyn:- My name is Evelyn. And this is my younger brother, Ethan.

Nora:- What were you two doing here at a time like this huh?
