"To finally be able to talk with you... Quinn" he heard a familiar voice echoing in his mind. "Wait a minute... aren't you the voice I heard when I got this system?!".
"Hah! Well, let's just say that was a record of my voice" the voice replied. "You... who are you exactly".
"I am... just another guardian spirit"
"That doesn't answer the question... and what exactly is a guardian spirit?" Quinn asked, annoyed by the use of unfamiliar terms.
"A guardian spirit is like a phantom or the soul of something, it searches for a master who is deserving of their power and then possesses them.
"When I say possess, I don't mean take over their body... they lend you strength from the shadows... and that's it, they can also give you unique skills"
"So I ask again... who are you?"
"If you are asking for my name, I have none. You, my new master has to give me one, and it better be a good one" the voice said. "As for my position which the system didn't show you isn't all that important".

"Even though that brat said that, he still hasn't experienced being in the presence of a shadow... we shadows aren't born with a form, instead we choose one for ourselves" the nameless voice suddenly said as if it could read Quinn's mind.

Is used on the corpse of a beast or other beings. Absorb stat points from slain enemies with some of the remaining energy dwelling in their body. The rest of the energy is converted into a soul core. This skill only works on enemies slain by the user.
