Page two of the first chapter

Lucy just woke up and she went down stairs to make food for her kids, her first husband left her and her second one died, that is also one of the reasons she got closer to Lucas, Lucas had been very depressed when his dad died, Lucy however didn't show any emotion when he died, well not in front of her kids at least. what they didn't know was that deep down Lucy was a very broken person, she had been both mentally and physically abused, raped, and her family didn't care about her so she was left on her own.

so once her second husband died, she felt as if her whole word came burning down, the only man who loved her, who treated her good, who had a child with her, was gone, he wasn't there anymore. he was gone, she couldn't ever see him again, Lucy even thought about killing herself, other then Alex and Lucas she really didn't have a point to live now that her husband was gone.

The only thing she could do was have sex and image that it was actually her husband who was having sex with her.

Her daily route was get up, make food, pack lunch, go to work, cry on the car ride home, fix her make up and then pick up the kids after school, and sometimes she would fuck herself and image it was her husband doing so.

Sometimes she'd have dreams, thinking about what their life could have been,

what it should have been.

But sadly life isn't fair, life is shit, and all she could think of when she looked at her children was their father...

it was like a reminder that she could never be happy, that she didn't deserve to be happy, she knew it was foolish of her to think that maybe a lowlife like her could be happy, maybe if he hadn't remarried her he'd still be alive and well, maybe, just maybe he'd be okay, even if it wasn't with her she would be glad just to know he was okay...

just to know he was alive and well meant the world to her, she would have gladly given u her life for him, so why was it him that died?

Lucy went into the kitchen, and was surprised to see that food was already on the table, and her two sons were standing there, smiling.
