The Moscow Treaty
This treaty is discussed and agreed upon by the majority of the UN member states. It will be signed on October 30, 2024, in Moscow and will mark the end of the Third World War. Representatives of the Seven Nation Army (SNA) and the United Nations (UN) will be present as witnesses. The points of this treaty are as follows:
1. All signed countries will cease fire immediately upon signing and withdraw their troops from foreign lands.
2. The SNA will protect the signed countries from international threats with their full might as long as the signed countries don't incite them.
3. The SNA will act as a mediator between the signed countries in order to prevent any conflict.
4. If any non-member country attacks any signed country, it will be considered an attack on the SNA, and the SNA will join the fight.
5. The SNA won't interfere in any domestic affairs or conflicts of the signed countries as long as it doesn't affect them internationally, or the SNA is requested too. In the case of requests, SNA will only interfere if the request is made with the intention of resolving the conflict.
6. The signed countries can request aid from the SNA in their military operations within their lands. The SNA will join if they find the intention behind the said operation to be justified.
7. The SNA will be able to act on the soil of any signed country if there is an active terrorist threat.
8. SNA will be allowed to act on the soil of a non-member state if there is a threat to that state that has the potential to directly or indirectly affect any signed country. Even so, the SNA will only be able to operate if the government of the said country allows them to do so.
9. If any country finds any act of SNA to be illegal, they have the right to report it to the UN. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will investigate the matter and punish the accused officers if the report is correct.
10. If any country breaks any rule of this treaty, they will be ousted from the treaty and punished accordingly.
11. This treaty will remain valid as long as the SNA stands.
Finally the Moscow Treaty is ready. I wanted to realize this along with the 1st chapter of volume - 2 but something felt missing. So, after a lot of modification, here it is. please let me know your thoughts.
