12 The Laboratory
King:(Yawn)"This is taking forever."
Hawk:"Do you even know where your going?"
King"Of course.We are heading in the right direction.I think."
Hawk:"We're lost arent we?"
King:"I dunno all i see is endless Purgatory.I've never been here before but im pretty sure Merlin will eventually realise that we've been out for quite a while and will come check up on us."
Hawk:"Did you forget that time runs differently in Purgatory?"
King:"Oh no! I completely forgot!"
Hawk:"Well what are we gonna do?"
King:"hmm....Oh! I remember now!"
Hawk:"What?"
King:"Merlin gave me a magic ball that'll show us the direction we need to go to find the portal."
(King pull the ball out of the magic bag he had)
Hawk:"Ok then.Activate it"
King:"hmm i think you use magic to activa-"
(The ball begins to glow)
King:"Oh nevermind its on"
(The ball starts to float forward,fell and stopped glowing)
Hawk:"I think its telling us to keep going"
King:"See.I told you we were going in the right direction"
(They continued for another hour or 2 and they see something in the distance)
King:"Whats that?"
Hawk:"Hmm?What.I dont remember there every having buildings in Purgatory."
King:"You've never seen that thing before?"
Hawk:"Throughout my whole stay here,i've never seen this before"
King:"Lets go check it out"
Hawk:"Wait what? Wait King!"
(They reached the mysterious building and enter through a door they found)
King:"Somethings not right.The demons here arent smart enough to build their own house and this house looks like a house for an average human."
Hawk:"There's no way a human can get into Purgatory,Even if they did they would've died on the spot."
(They keep looking and find holographic pictures of demon,different chemical and testing chambers)
King:"It looks like some kind of lab."
Hawk:"King!There's a staircase here that leads underground."
King:(I have a bad feeling about this)"Lets go check it out"
(They go down the stairs to find body parts of multiple different demons in tubes and blood all over the walls,ceiling and floor)
Hawk:"What the hell?"
King:"Who did this?"
(They both nervously and cautiously move throughout the room)
Hawk:"This place stinks"
King:"Yeah it really does."
(They keep moving and Hawk finds a buildboard and finds more holographic pictures on them with notes)
Hawk:"King isnt that Meliodas?"
(King looks at the picture and his face turned pale)
King:"No way."
Hawk:"Hmm?Whats wrong?"
King:"This picture was taken on the day we had the feast with everyone right before Meliodas and Ban disappeared"
Hawk:"Really?"
King:"Whoever lives here might have something to do with their dissapearance."
(King reads the notes on the same buildboard)

King:"Someone ripped out the last 2 phases."
Hawk:"Looks like whoever this person is,they must've seriously hated Meliodas"
(King looks to the right and see's an orb that looks similar to the orb used on Meliodas and Ban.He grabs it.)
King:"I think i recognise this"
Hawk:"What is it?"
(King puts the orb in his magic bag)
King:"I'll explain when we get back"
(He picks up the book and reads the first page)

"Success! I have finally managed to get into Purgatory without burning myself.For years i've been working on developing a magic that'll grant my immunity to the flames of Purgatory however for now it only grants me temporary resistance to the air and temperature of Purgatory."

"It appears that i can only stay in purgatory for about 6 to 7 hours a day but that should be more than enough time to work on my dream."
(Before King turned the next page they heard a bang coming from a room they never noticed earlier)
King:"What was that?!"
Hawk:"EECK.Its coming from that room over there."
(They cautiously walk towards the door and King puts his ear on the door )
King:"I hear something"
Hawk:"What is it?"
King:"It sounds like...crying?
