Jaffar used his Observation Haki and saw no one drank inside Rip Off Bar. He even started to doubt his whim before. What if the owner really ripped him of just for a can of beer? Although he didn't have any attachments in money, he still needed it for his daily basis.

When he wanted to turn left, he saw an old man with glasses and white hair entered the bar. Feeling intrigued, Jaffar entered out of curiosity.

"Hay Shakky, as usual."

"Okay."

Jaffar heard that. He felt relieved because even ordinary old man could afford a can of drink. When he sat down in front of the bartender table, he heard the owner said something unexpected.

"Rey, Garp visit this island this morning." The owner said while serving the ale.

"Nah, I'm just ordinary old man who provide bubble wrap." The old man said with natural voice and slight smile.

"Haha, but he also bring two youth. One is beside you." the owner replied.

The old man who named Rey turned his head and looked at Jaffar. He kindly smiled and offered a handshake.

"Hallo, young man. My name is Raylight. Just call me Old Man Rey."

Jaffar obviously wary with their conversation. But he couldn't ignore his kind gesture, right?

"Nice to meet you. My name is Jaffar Anderson. You can call me Jaffar the Baddass, or Jaffar the Sea King." Jaffar introduced himself with exaggerated manner. Even Shakky amused by his introduction.

"Haha, interesting. Why you interested in marine, young man?" Raylight asked.

"Nah, it was Old Geezer Garp who kidnapped me. He knocked me unconscious and brought me to the sea. Then he shamelessly asked me to join Marine. How can I refuse? What if he throw to the sea? And finally I accepted it reluctantly." Jaffar said with melancholic voice.

Suddenly someone banged his head to the table until the floor cracked. Jaffar knew who hit him he instantly shouted all profanities he knew.

In the end, Jaffar said. "Although I exaggerated a bit, but the fact that you kidnapped me is true, right? Now I even doubt your ability and title as marine hero, old man."

"What did you say?!"

"Isn't it true, Old man? Look at there! Even dark king still enjoy his life next to Marine Headquarter, you didn't do your job properly!!" Jaffar with his ultimate trash mouth invited another trouble.

All of them except Garp surprised. Garp just kept bantering with Jaffar as Raylight and Shakky looked at Jaffar with full of interest.

After an hour full of punches, Garp finally let Jaffar go.

"Garp, long time no see. I know your unique trait, but I don't know about your talent in finding your kin. Jaffar really similar to you." Shakky said with her trademark small smile.

"Shut up, Shakky! I even regret bringing him with me. He even dare to bargain with me. What stinky brat!"

"What did you say, old man!!" Jaffar interjected.

"Haha, so what his demand?" Raylight asked.

"He want one of Tsuru-Chan recruit to be assigned in his group. Her name is Hina and I don't know why he want her to be his mate." Garp glared at Jaffar.

"Hahaha! Young man, you are really courageous! Only captain dare to bargain with him." Raylight laughed.

"Nah, it was because Roger had similarities with Old Man Garp, that why he could bargain with him. He even dare to entrusted his wanna born son into Old Man Garp's care before his death." Jaffar answered nonchalantly.

Suddenly the bar became quiet. Even Garp looked at Jaffar seriously. Raylight and Shakky also looked at Jaffar with full of wariness. Jaffar didn't care and drank his ale.

"Young man, how do you know about that matter?" Raylight asked seriously.

"I just calculate with my finger." Jaffar said his bullshit.

Another strange silent covered the room again. Jaffar felt uncomfortable being stared by two old man.

"Hey, don't stare at me like that! I'm not gay!" Jaffar said suddenly.

Thick mark appeared on Garp's forehead and his hand already turned black. Jaffar felt danger approaching and ready to move. Alas, Garp's love fist was faster.

In the end Jaffar didn't said anything about his weird knowledge. Even Garp failed to force Jaffar spill the bean.

Then Garp carried Jaffar like carrying worthless garbage and said goodbye to Raylight and Shakky. Back on the ship, Alvin look at Jaffar who full of bruises. When he asked Garp about it, Garp just said that Jaffar had peeped woman in bath. So he got beaten by citizens. Alvin just gave thumb up and entered cabin.

Not long after, they arrived at Marine Headquarter. Jaffar nodded his head and followed Garp enter the gate. All marine saluted to Garp. All in all, Garp was marine hero and vice admiral. After finishing the lodging procedure, Garp immediately dragged Jaffar to the highest floor.

Garp punched the wall carelessly and entered the room. Someone with afro hair immediately shouted at Garp.

"Garp! Can you enter normally?!"

"Hahaha! It's cool to enter this way." Garp shamelessly laughed.

An old woman sat on the sofa and let out a sigh. Jaffar just nodded and immediately sat down beside Tsuru-Chan.

"Who are you, Kid?" Tsuru-Chan asked after looking at young man beside her.

Tsuru-Chan had already aware about his presence as she let him sat beside him. Garp brought him, so he would do nothing stupid.

"Hallo Grandma Tsuru. My humble name is Jaffar Anderson. Garp kidnapped me from East Blue and told me to join marine." Jaffar introduced himself.

"Brat! Why you become so courteous so suddenly?" Garp asked.

"You are just old man. But Tsuru-Chan is good grandma. Of course I show my courteous to her. It's normal, right?" Jaffar said without restraint.

"What did you say?!" Garp already covered his fist with Armament Haki.

"Fuck off! If you dare, let duel without Haki! You don't dare, right? You stinky old man!" Jaffar immediately started his counter attack.

"Stop two off you!" The afro man shouted.

"Kid, you said Garp kidnapped you and Garp told you to join Marine, it's true?" Tsuru-Chan asked.

"Em, Grandma. Of course I bargain with him. If I join Marine, Garp will assign Hina into my team. And if marine dare to separate us, I will switch to Revolution Army." Jaffar immediately said his condition plus his warning.

Garp just silent on the sofa as Tsuru-Chan and Afro Man looked at him seriously.

"You dare to bargain with Marine? Even gave marine a warning? You're really courageous!" Tsuru-Chan said with her wrinkle face.

"Nah, I even dare to bargain with Garp, Why I must worry with Marine?" Jaffar asked with his straight face.
