"I don't even see the top! We're nowhere near it!" Yajirobe complained as he climbed the giant tower.

"Be patient." Goku tiredly giggled after his beatdown by King Piccolo.

Yajirobe clicked his tongue in annoyance as he sped his way up the tower with Goku on his back. Clouds were all around them. Nothing but the breeze of the wind and this huge pillar leading into the sky. This senzu meal better be worth all this trouble…

Many hours passed, and it was now nighttime. Yajirobe has been climbing non-stop since early this morning with Goku on his back. Sweat dripped down his forehead, his muscles ached, and his stomach grumbled. The most important one was his stomach grumbling. That made him the most upset.

"I'm tired of this! Are we near the top yet? I'm getting real sore!" Yajirobe rightly complained.

"Almost there." Goku was really grateful to Yajirobe.

"That's the 50th time you've said that!" Yajirobe pointed out angrily. "You're so lucky we can't back down, or I'd do it!"

"You can do it!" Goku encouraged his new friend.

"Shaddap!" Yajirobe retorted. "I shouldn't have said I'd help you." Yajirobe was regretting his decision immensely.

Sometime later, Yajirobe finally saw something that wasn't just pillar! "Hey, Goku! That's the top, right?!" Yajirobe asked. His only response was the sound of Goku's snoring and him tightly wrapping around him in his sleep. "Wake up, we're here!" He shouted at the sleeping monkey boy.

Yajirobe was sprawled out on the floor of the tower, panting. "It's about dang time!" He commented. "Thanks, Yajirobe!" Goku really meant it too.

'If he was able to climb up here with Goku on his back, he must be incredibly strong.' Korin thought as he looked at the unimpressive human.

"Korin-sama! It's been a while." Goku greeted the white cat.

"That's him?" Yajirobe refused to believe they climbed up that big freakin' tower for a dang ole cat.

"Hello!" Korin greeted them.

"I came here because-" Goku was interrupted from talking.

"Piccolo beat you, didn't he? I already know." Korin stated.

"What? How?!" Goku's eyes widened in shock.

"I don't have anything else to do, so I was watching down below," Korin admitted.

"You could see that from here?!" Goku exclaimed.

"So, what can I do for you?" Korin politely asked.

"He's a monster! I need training if I want to beat him!" Goku stated honestly.

"Calm down! First, let's heal you. Eat this!" Korin tossed something that looked like a green bean at him.

"A senzu?!" Goku looked at the miraculous bean.

"Senzu?!" The whole reason Yajirobe came up here! Was it for that tiny little pellet?! "That's a senzu?! You call that a feast?!" Yajirobe shook Goku like a madman. "I came all this way to eat peas?!" Yajirobe stuck his hand into the pot of senzu beans and ate a handful of them. "I can barely taste them!" He shouted before imploding.

Yajirobe fell to the ground as his belly swelled up. He cried in agony as Goku laughed at him. "Hahaha! One senzu bean will fill you up for ten days!" He informed. As Goku was asking Korin for training, Yajirobe was doing his best to get his stomach under control. It only took a few minutes before he was up and running again. Then Korin brought out the Ultra Divine Water, which prompted him to try it out with Goku. They both received their own cups before downing it at the same time.

Simultaneously, they both fell to the ground clutching their throats as the magical but poisonous water did its best to kill them. If they were strong physically and mentally, they would be born anew. However, if they weren't, they would die to its poisonous effects! Neither Yajirobe or Goku wanted to die. Goku had a multitude of reasons why he couldn't die. Yajirobe on the other hand, just didn't want to die before he could consume more delicious food he's never even gotten the chance to try yet! He wouldn't die. He absolutely couldn't die when he was so young and still had so many more foods to try!

Yajirobe's life flashed before his eyes. He saw the time when he was a young child abandoned in the wild and raised by dinosaurs. The time he hunted and ate his first meal. Then it flashed to the time when he encountered a human for the first time. Attempting to hunt that human but somehow becoming his student and learning how to wield a sword under him. The time when he stole his first car and took it out for a joyride the entire day afterward. All of his life's greatest moments passed by, and Yajirobe said no! He hasn't experienced enough of life's greatest joys!

Hours passed until the sun was rising up, with both Yajirobe and Goku still writhing around in agony, clinging on to the edge of life. Then, a burst of chi exploded from both of their bodies that Korin could sense. They survived! They overcame the poisonous effects of the Ultra Divine Water and became stronger because of it!

"I'm hungry." Yajirobe stated while rubbing his belly.

"The power! I can feel it!" Goku felt the amazing power coursing through his body.

Goku made his way over to the edge of the tower. "I can feel something. Piccolo is close." Goku could sense his energy!

"I feel something tasty in that direction too. Are you sure it's Piccolo?" Yajirobe asked.

"You can feel him?!" Korin exclaimed in shock.

"I'll kick his butt!" Goku declared with confidence. "I'm ready this time!" He clenched his fist.

"Well, I've done everything I could do. Good luck, you two." Korin waved at them.

"Thanks!" Goku waved back.

"His son was pretty delicious… As their dad, he must taste even more scrumptious!" Yajirobe convinced himself into tagging along.

"Take this! It's a gift." Korin grabbed their attention.

"Nimbus!" He called out.

"What the heck is that?! It looks pretty tasty!" Yajirobe exclaimed.

"Waaaah! A huge cloud of Nimbus!" Goku also expressed his shock.

"Use it. You'll need help getting down any way." Korin said nonchalantly.

"My cloud was given to me by Master Roshi." Goku pointed out.

"He got it from me," Korin informed.

"Cool! This is great!" Goku leaped over the edge.

"It does look kind of fun…" Yajirobe leaped over the railing as well and landed on the yellow cloud with no problem.

The two picked clouds they felt matched them pretty well before flying up to Korin with their new rides. "Maybe this is a little bit cooler than flying a car." Yajirobe convinced himself.

"Are you coming to help me defeat King Piccolo, Yajirobe?" Goku asked.

"I'm just coming to eat him." Yajirobe calmly stated.

"Eat him?" Korin questioned, concerned about the safety of the chubby human.

"Haha! Great! Let's go!" Goku seemed to have no problem with it.

The two took off at incredible speeds in the sky. "HAHA! THIS IS WAY BETTER THAN STEALING A CAR! IT'S WAY FASTER!" Yajirobe shouted in joy.

"I know, right?!" Goku agreed.

Yajirobe and Goku arrived just as some bald dude was about to get offed by another green monster. Yajirobe thought the big green monster looked just as tasty as the other dude he ate when he first met Goku. However, he got the feeling that eating the other one was going to taste even better. Well, whatever. He could just eat both of them and compare the taste afterward.

"G-Goku…! Is that you?!" The baldie shouted.

"Hey, Tien!" Goku greeted the baldie named Tien.

"You… You're alive!" He joyously exclaimed.

"Isn't this a surprise? I thought you were dead." Big, green, and scrumptious chuckled.

"In your dreams!" Goku bit back. "But your face… What happened to your wrinkles?" He pointed out.

"Oh yes! As you can see, I have regained my youth!" Demon King Piccolo happily announced. "I am invincible! You can't do anything to me, you lowly insects!" He declared confidently.

"Goku! Save yourself!" Tien shouted out of concern!

"Kee, kee, kee! You hit me you little runt! You're asking for it!" Big, green, and tasty looked at Goku.

"This stupid kid… He'll be dead before he knows what's going on." King Piccolo chuckled.

"I'll get this one. You focus on that one, 'kay?" Just as Drum was about to attack, Yajirobe sliced him to pieces before he could make a move.

"Huh?! Oh, okay! Thanks, Yajirobe!" Goku was surprised. He could barely see Yajirobe move!

"Mhmm…" Yajirobe started preparing a fire as Goku faced King Piccolo.
