Where the hell do you think you are going?
"You are a pathetic soul. Don't you understand the basic things in your life?" Zhao Zhang clipped at him and turned around running his hand through his hair. "You just don't care, you never cared and because of that..."
Zhao Zhang stopped in the middle of his sentence when he realised what he was about to confide in the other? Life won't give him another chance to make things like they are there.
"Isn't everything that happened in the past already a curse? Why do you want to increase your difficulties now?"
His heart snapped at his mind and he strengthened himself looking at the space in front of his vision. The miserable face suddenly changed its colour of emotions into hostility towards the other. His hands turned to fists only to draw blood from its palm and his whole body started to heave uncontrollably.
"You don't need to speak about what happened in the past, I remember everything completely. I know how troublesome it is for you." Intruder spoke as he saw the dominant omega hurting himself in the process of holding his sentiments inside his heart.
"It is just that I want to tell you my heart out and truth to be told, my heart still feels the same way about..."
"LU DEQUAN...You came back to say this?" Zhao Zhang shouted hard, whirling himself to look back at Lu Dequan who was now standing exactly in front of him.
Lots of other questions were raised in omega's mind but not a single one is ready to come to his mouth. He just kept on looking at the dominant alpha who always told him that Zhao Zhang is the owner of his heart.
Lu Dequan gave everything to this omega when he met him for the first time when his cousin Xie Jayden saved him and got him home for a few days. The omega slept for two days in a row having a high fever which Lu Dequan took care of. Those two days watching over this cute omega he fell hard.
The next five days were like a prayer to Alpha's heart. They became fast friends and then the settling of omega to the house and job given by Xie Jayden brought them closer to each other every day with new incidents and understandings. Every day came as a blessing from God of love.
But who said life is going to be easy for Lu Dequan? Once he gave the most valuable gift of his life by sending Zhao Zhang to him who not just saved his life at the hands of the disaster once but he gave whole new significance to it went away from him even after the confession of love.
He tried every means to get his omega back into his life but everything went into a vein when omega refused alpha's, true love.
He was trying hard to pursue Zhao Zhang from that day he rejected him but he was still okay with the fact that he wasn't lucky enough to reciprocate his love.
But life teased him one more time after sending his life in front of him. His love never got reciprocated by the love of his life even after becoming close friends with each other, even after loving him to the extent of his own life.
"I came back from the state when I got to know about Mo Yuan's return. I came here to meet him but when I went home grandma told me that I need to come to the office to meet him because my flight was supposed to take off in the night."
Lu Dequan tried to explain himself. "So I came to the office but I never thought that I would be able to see you the way you were before. I..."
"Hold on, Mr Lu. I think you are taking everything the wrong way..." Zhao Zhang exclaimed as soon as he sensed where things could go if he would let it go.
"I am Mr Xie's secretary and I am supposed to take care of everything. That includes taking care of his relatives who come to our office and most importantly you are one of the shareholders in both the companies so I am supposed to take care of you."
He explained everything in such detail that soon a smug smile appeared on Lu Dequan's face and Zhao Zhang's heart skipped a beat.
"Why is he doing it? Zhang, look away..." He scolded himself before Lu Dequan sensed his amusement but he wasn't that lucky.
"Liked what you see? Would you like to see that every day?" Li Dequan teased the omega who was now fuming with anger.
"Don't be angry, Zhao Zhang. I was just trying to make you relax. You again started to ramble. You are nervous." Lu Dequan deliberately offended cute omega only to get a reaction out of him but this time things worked differently
"To hell with relaxing and with you, bugger. Just go away if you don't want to have important things to tell." He said it and started walking towards the road in the hope to get a cab to go to the police depot.
"WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING?"
A sudden burst of anger from his alpha made him flinch on the spot. He knew this side of Lu Dequan. The angel of a person only got angry for one thing.

"You...Xie Jayden...what? When were you supposed to come home? Weren't you supposed to give me a call about your whereabouts, Mo Yuan?" Grandma Nuwa shouted at Xiao Xing as she saw Xiao Xing going to his room like a burglar.
"Grandma, I. I was about to call you but I...I got into some work and then I just forgot to call you. I was a bit busy and this was my first day in the office." Xiao Xing told the half-truth to Grandma Nuwa and moved near her to take her hand into his but before he could do so, she moved back a little.
"No, don't come near me, Mo Yuan. I thought after your memory loss you will change a bit but you never changed." she tried to speak more but got a lump in her throat that she gulped down.
"I... I thought that now you will start caring for others other than yourself after getting into a life-threatening accident but you are the same Mo Yuan who never asked me a single thing or informed me where he is or when he is going to come. I thought you changed but I was wrong. I expected too much from you."
As she said this without giving a single glance to Xiao Xing she turned around and started to walk towards her room when Xiao Xing came forward to explain himself.
He opened his mouth to clarify but a hand that was raised in the air by Mo Nuwa got him silenced and he opened the door for grandma Nuwa without delaying it further.
"You can go now, Mo Yuan. We will speak in the morning. I am tired right now."
"Yes, grandma. We will speak in the morning." Xiao Xing said with a sorry tone but that hasn't changed or stopped her from going inside her room.
She closed door on Xiao Xing's face but that was okay? For Xiao Xing, it was a punishment for not telling about the late coming. He should have called her before time.
But the person who was standing quite away from them had very good news when he saw grandma Nuwa was scolding Xiao Xing about he was still the same Mo Yuan, nothing has changed.
