Kill, Kill, Kill

Hydra, the mythology creature from ancient Greek. It's not to have a lot of head with one body. Some said the creature is immortal since it is has a very high regeneration rate. Now, this terrifying creature appears in the middle of the pocket dimension.

The body is 4 meters tall and a hugely long tail. Its body is covered by the scale. If you look closely, there is an engraved small rune on each scale. Looking at the creature from few kilometers away, Josep could feel the dreadfulness from it.

"If I am not wrong the data said that I need at least level six before I can retrieve that object. But looking at this creature, I don't think even dozens of level six can defeat this guy." as Josep got some cold sweat.

"Master, I suggest we find another way to…" [Alice]

"Alice, I will fight it." said Josep resolutely.

"But, master the chance to win against that creature is.." [Alice]

"Alice… have I no.. have Septem ever back down from a challenge??" [Josep]

"That's… no there is no record of Septem ever try to run away or back down." [Alice]

Hearing this response Josep begins to smile, "Alice, Let's go all out. Active all the runes." [Josep]

"*sigh* Well, this is what I like from you master. Active all the runes!!" [Alice]

Then, from the various location where the runes are drawn in the air, it starts to shine and accumulate mageforce elements from nearby. Meanwhile, the ten head hydra found the bear cub and ready to eat it.

Before it can glob it, it feels the accumulation of mageforce across the area. Suddenly, a thick mageforce beam coming to it from all directions. Each beam has different color respective to the mageforce element it gathers.

Looking at the various incoming attack, the yellowish and brownish heads roaring and creates barrier surrounding it. The barrier has a yellow color mix with a little bit of brown. *BOOOMM* Soon, all the mageforce beam touches the barrier and creates huge shockwaves nearby.

The beam manages to create various cracks around it. But, the hydra also notices another same beams bombard him from a different spot.

Looking at this, the yellowish and brownish head giving his all to sustain the barrier. But, the bombardment keeps coming without stop as the runes will firing again after gathering enough mageforce.

The hydra begins to defend passively and cannot move from its spot, Before the other head can help defend, a summoning portal appears in front of it and a swarm of little wasp appears from it.

The wasp looks harmless for the hydra. Until one of them moves at incredible speed and penetrates the barrier. It managed to stick on its scale. Using this lead, all of them begin to cracked the barrier and stuck themselves on it.

Soon the barrier collapses and the beam hits directly Hydra's body. Annoyed by the situation, the red-colored head releases a roar. *ROAARR* From its body releases a huge fire element that melting everything nearby.

However, the moment it touches the bugs it creates a big explosion. Just like a domino effect, the others bugs that died from the explosion and heat creates series of explosion. *Boom* *Boom* *BBOOOMM*

The hydra receives a point-blank explosion from a swarm of the bug. Most of its head is already gone and only the blue, cyan, and silver-colored head still intact.

The bombardment beam keeps firing despite the explosion. But, now it is covered by a silver-colored thin barrier layer under its skin.

Then, the cyan-colored head roaring and slowly the wound from the previous explosion begin to heal. Rather than healed it more likely to revert to its previous condition. But, before the spells work it wonder. The cyan-colored head slashed by Josep using his sword.

Finally, found its prey the remaining two head want to roar but its mouth held by the gigantic size of a polar bear that seems appears out of nowhere. This polar bear is the bear cub that Josep threw previously.

This is the real size of the cub, but since Josep emphasize that all bear should look cute, he gives some 'education' for it to look like one. As the two heads being held by its paw, Josep brandished his sword and cut both of its last heads.

Then, the hydra body slump on the ground. However, the beam keeps targeting the slump dead body. As for Josep, he keeps looking at the hydra corpse in battle position.

Soon one of the runes on its scale shines brightly before disappearing. In less than a second later, the hydra revived along with all its head.

Before it can move, [One Sword Style - Flood Dragon Slash] as Josep manages to behead all the head effortlessly. But once again the rune active and revive the hydra. Josep keeps killed the hydra as it also keeps reviving itself.

He only uses one his sword skill to instantly kill it until the 10th kill before its skin so tough that he need to do various of skills to kill it. After the 20th killed, its skin becomes so tough that it only left scratch from the runes beams.

After the 50th kill, Josep needs to summon another of his creature to help him kill it as the hydra also strengthen by each revival.

The creature he summons is a cute pup with black and white color. But it also can enlarge its size into a four-story house and has a supersonic movement speed.

After the 100th kill, just one hydra head breath attack can evaporate a hectare area into a wasteland. Fortunately, the altar is protected by a very strong barrier like inside another dimension so it is not destroyed by the aftermath of the battle.

After the 223rd kill, Josep also receives various wounds all across his body. Moreover, his mageforce reservoir is almost emptied as he needs to use ancient language to kill the hydra.

"Damn… It only 223rd and I was like this. Just who the hell in the right mind that creates this ridiculous fucking monster." as Josep curses the monster while it reviving itself again.

The reason why Josep hates this creature not only because it could revive almost infinitely, but it also has a different soul each time he killed it.

It is like has countless of spare soul to revive itself. If it only revives itself, then this creature is already dead a long time ago since one of his blade ability is consumed its target soul

But, the hydra keeps reviving itself with a new stronger soul and body. As for Josep, he keeps attack it the moment it revives and killing it. Soon, after countless times of killing the beast, the last rune on its scale shone brightly and revive it for the last time.

However, Josep already limps on the floor. There is a various crack across his armor and all he already unsummoned all his creatures from the polar bear to the Godzilla-like creature is defeated.

All of them inflicted with life-threatening wound and unsummoned to recuperate inside his dimension.

Josep also looks very thin as he also uses his energy reservoir and emptied his mageforce reservoir long ago. His body also at its limit and can't move despite already reaching super soldier endurance. He doesn't have enough stamina to move his body anymore.

Moreover, various of his bone was also broken. He gasping air and just hold on through sheer willpower alone. His consciousness slowly drifting away, but the hydra already fully revives and shot concentrated multi-element breath attack toward him.

During this moment, his hand that refuses to let his sword rise trembling toward the incoming attack. Unfortunately, he already at his limit and slowly falling toward the floor while keep holding his only remaining weapon, Sound of the dead.

*Aaaaaaaa* In his last moment before drifting towards unconsciousness, he hears a wailing scream loudly and the hydra attack dissipates along with the Hydra's last life.

It leaving the only corpse of the hydra intact without any damage around its body. But, it also not moving despite still open its eye looking at the enemy in front of it.
