37 Arc 3.11

Jasiel couldn't help but feel gleeful that the heroine has been declared guilty. It would seem that the heroine was dealt with quickly.

[I assume you'll be staying]

"Yes I will until my natural death," Jasiel says to the system in his head

[Understood]

"I'm going to go see Elara. I want to talk to her" Jasiel says to Martell.

"Are you sure?" Martell asks a bit concerned.

"Yes," Jasiel states. He wanted to mess with the heroine a bit. She did get someone killed by her mindless ideas.

"Alright, I'll take you where she is being held" Martell sighs still unsure if he should. Jasiel wanted to smile in glee but that would be out of character. Unlike him, Jasiel was truly kind-hearted that had only gone numb.

"Martell are you here to save me!" Elara shouts in excitement. Martell only gives her a look of disgust. He turns to Jasiel giving him a worried look.

"Are you sure?" Martell asks Jasiel.

"Yes, please wait outside" Jasiel answers. Martell nods and heads out to wait. He wanted to stay in case Elara tries something but Jasiel didn't want him there.

"Martell don't leave me!" Elara screams tears streaming down her face. Jasiel gets close to her jail cell.

"You failed miserably your second time around. You couldn't even gain your husband's affection again. Well, I guess this is your punishment for getting the human race killed" Jasiel says softly. Elara looks at Jasiel in shock.

"You came back too! Why you're just a bully!" Elara screams in anger.

"We both know those were nonsense. I won this time and your ex-husband has found his true fated pair" Jasiel states coldly. He admits that this is cold but messing with the heroine is a bit too fun.

"You, what did I do to deserve this?" Elara cries clutching her fist. Why did she lose everything?

"Hmm, you destroyed the human race. I was sent here by the heavens to prevent it. But that's not why I did it. I did it to avenge the original Jasiel. He was truly kind-hearted but you got him killed. Your lies got so many good people killed" Jasiel answers. His fist clutched in anger.

"Heavens then why was I given a second chance?" Elara whispers in defeat.

"Divine Punishment" Jasiel responds with his arms crossed.

"Hahaha divine? I refuse to believe it! They gave me another chance why would I be punished!" Elara screams in denial.

"I hope you find peace" Jasiel softly says as he walks out. As he heard Martell coming back.

"Peace will only be found once you're dead!" Elara screeches in anger. She couldn't believe she lost to Jasiel!

"I have no idea why you would come to see this crazy woman Jasiel" Martell states with a frown. As he walks closer to Jasiel.

"I shouldn't have she clearly isn't sorry for any of her actions" Jasiel says in dissapointment.
