After all, it was already past seven in the evening, well past dinner time.
William looked at her serene expression: "Have you eaten this evening? This restaurant is quite good, you can give it a try."
Suzanne glanced at him and didn't say much. When the waiter brought the electronic menu, she ordered a pasta dish and hot chocolate, and didn't order anything else.
William took the menu afterwards and ordered a bit more. Suzanne had no idea what he had ordered, but she couldn't eat that much anyway.
As the waiter took the menu and left, William continued to stare at her.
Suzanne took a sip of the lemon water on the table and put down the glass. She said, "President Ease, just say what you want to talk about. I didn't come here just to accompany you for dinner and be a spectacle."
William looked at her for a while before saying, "The sharpness you used to hide deep in your bones is no longer hidden now. The Trent family truly owes you an apology, and so do I."
