Prologue, part 2: Seed of Desire

As the seed was transported to Earth, it took root in what appears to be southeast Europe. After a few minutes of the seed taking root, its lateral root slowly spread to nearby plants, absorbing a part of their life form, few flowers even withered away, and as they died, the seed itself "grew", slowly taking shape of a pure violet red rose, with its stem emerald green, and thorns, taking the tone of a moss. As the flower grew, the seed itself took place at the head of the flower. Once transformation one was done, the flower itself looked like a slightly greener, and redder rose, it behaved just like a normal rose, except it wouldn't die, and so, the seed itself went into a form of "slumber", where it would remain inactive, in its cover of a rose, until a strong enough desire awoke it, attracting it to it….As the seed slumbered, time around it went on, flowers bloomed and withered, trees grew stronger, rabbits bred and died, and overall, life went on, until one day everyone saw exactly the same thing appear in front of their eyes. a black screen with white letters, appeared saying,

"Hello, homo sapiens, I am the System, a gods creation, and I am here to announce, your planet is ready for integration with the wider universe, in the next few days mana will arrive on your planet, and you will have one hundred years to adapt to it, you won't be swarmed by monsters till then. However, gates will appear, monsters won't be able to infiltrate your planet, they won't be able to break through a gate for 10 years, and no random gates will spawn in 100 years, all gates spawned in this one year, are gods gift to help you adjust to mana and grow stronger. Do remember that entering the gates is dangerous, but rewarding, so do struggle, and grow stronger."

{Timer: 4:59} {Timer: 4:40} As the timer ticked, people panicked, unsure of what was happening, scared, distraught, stressed, and even expectant, they didn't know whether it was real, but they knew one thing, this moment will be remembered for the rest of their species history, and it will change everything. And so, somewhere else in Southeast Europe, boy, a teenager really, was looking at this notification, in excitement, and hope. "Will i be able to attain freedom like everyone else? Or will i continue to live, shackled by my own body?..."
