Chapter 1: A World in Chaos

The world was once a normal place, where people lived their lives peacefully. But one fateful day, everything changed. Unknown portals, like shimmering tears in reality, began to appear across the globe. From these portals emerged terrifying monsters, wreaking havoc upon the unsuspecting world.

Humanity was thrown into a state of chaos and fear. Cities crumbled, lives were lost, and despair took hold. Yet, amidst this turmoil, a glimmer of hope emerged. It was a gift from the divine, a power bestowed upon every individual known as "Elementia."

Elementia was a special ability that allowed people to manifest and control various elements. There were ten primary elements: water, fire, earth, wind, light, darkness, lightning, weather, plant, and a few subclasses such as mind, body, and close combat. With Elementia, humans could stand against the monstrous onslaught.

However, our main character, Sen, had always led an unfortunate life. Since his birth, tragedy followed him like a shadow. Both his parents had perished, leaving him as an orphan. Sen grew up in a world of misery, struggling to survive each day. He believed his existence was cursed, plagued by misfortune.

When the portals opened and Elementia powers were granted, Sen anticipated his chance for a change. Yet, destiny had something else in store for him. Instead of receiving an elemental power, he contracted a rare and incurable disease known as the "Seed of Death."

The Seed of Death was a mysterious ailment that weakened its host, slowly draining their vitality. Sen saw this as another cruel twist of fate, confirming his belief that he was cursed. Little did he know, the Seed of Death held a hidden power—a power that would alter the course of his life forever.

One day, while contemplating his fate, Sen discovered an unexpected truth. The Seed of Death was not a curse but a blessing in disguise.
