It happened so quickly, Emmaline didn't even have the time or reflexes to dodge.
She shut her eyes, flinching, and tried to step back, away from Priscilla.
But the blow never came, nor did the pain that Emmaline had been expecting.
Cautiously, she blinked open her eyes to see what was going on.
Priscilla's manicured hand was caught in Ashton's tight grip and he looked downright furious.
"Enough," He thundered.
With a mere tilt of his head, security poured onto the stage and grabbed hold of Priscilla.
"Let me go!" She shrieked and struggled to no avail.
At this point, Emmaline realized that it was not just security that had come on set, there were police mixed in as well.
"Priscilla Curtis, you have paid multiple people to sabotage Emmaline on several occasions," Ashton's voice was cold and cutting.
Despite his low tone, the sound carried and the audience began to whisper amongst themselves again.
