Tin's eyes widened as he glanced between me and Fern. It was as if he were trying to make his decision.

"What do you want?" He asked Fern, but his entire focus was on me. It was as if he were trying to get me to relay a message to him with my eyes.

But the truth is this, right now, I have no plans.

All my plans revolved around going to the pack to get my mate and forcing him to submit to me.

That's the only plan I have. I don't even have a backup plan. There's nothing like that in my dictionary.

And this showed what a stupid and careless Alpha I am.

Which Alpha will be so stupid as to make plans without having a backup?
