Somewhere in the Northern region, a skinny man wearing a red beast-hide outfit quietly trekked over the barren landscape. He would occasionally stop to wipe his sweaty brow with a handkerchief and then continue on his way.

The man held a rope attached to a limp body, slowly being dragged behind him.

"I hope he likes my gift, hehe..." the man mumbled to himself in a creepy voice as he continued his slow walk forward.

Back at the Heavy Cloud Sect, Kai had rendezvoused with Ryu as they both followed Hou Zhou's tracks to see which direction he had gone.

"Master, he headed that way..." Ryu said as he pointed towards the South East.

Kai looked in that direction and nodded his head. However, Kai felt a massive presence enter his sense range at that exact moment.

"Ryu...go back to the village and put everyone on high alert. Prepare the evacuation plans as well, just in case..." Kai said as he took off his cape, revealing his Sect Leader Robes.
