Little Six's Dao of the Mortal World

"Young Master, it is time for your meal."

Wen Qi watched as the little girl walked carefully with a large tray and placed it gingerly on the table in front of him.

He took this chance to size up this little girl and he had to say that those Chinese authors did not lie. It turned out that jade beauty was a thing.

While he might call the girl in front of him little, she was only 'little' in height, about 4'11'. Her looks were something that Wen Qi found difficult to describe.

Calling her an absolute beauty sounded wrong, Absolute Cutie was more like it, but her massive weapons made it impossible to pass her off as just cute.

Her maid uniform was struggling to keep them in place and Wen Qi was quite worried. Worried that it might rip off when she was away from him going about her duties.

Her bust blended well with her hips and perky butt, but the uniform covered that well. Just that her 'long' legs made it fairly easy to imagine what was going on below the uniform.

"Little Six, why were you so late today?"

Wen Qi asked as he watched his maid set the table as she delicately handled the cutlery. The tea set was quite a treasure and she was afraid of any accidents.

"Madam Xinci instructed me to clean Young Master's room first. She said that she would take care of you but when I came back, I still found the food I prepared in the kitchen. I am sorry young master."

Wen Qi understood instantly what was happening but did not do anything.

It was most likely that his assassination had something to do with this strange order but he did not plan on following this lead.

If he did, it might cause even more trouble for him than anybody else.

Qin Xinci was the head maid, at least in the public's eye, and she had come from a noble family from the Emperor's Faction. But it seemed there was more to it than what was initially known.

Wen Qi was sure that even if the Emperor wanted to deal with Prime Minister Wen, he would never look for the Demons to do it. Much less leave such a glaring clue.

"Oh, do you have any duties after this?"

Wen Qi asked as he tasted the Tea that was served and he had to say that it was great. He was not very well versed in the art of tea and the like, but from the previous Wen Qi's memories, he learned a thing or two.

And it was not like he was a total noob.

He had read a ton of material on a ton of random things and Tea just happened to be one of them. After all, the best lies are woven with at least 70% truth.

"No, please give instructions young master." Little Six gave a bow as she listened attentively. It was not that she had nothing to do, but did she dare say that she was busy?

Even if she was the only maid in the whole estate, she still had to make time for the Young Master.

Wen Qi of course knew her thoughts but said nothing. Her thinking was spot on, but maybe for different reasons.

"Come here."

With a command, Little Six was brought in front of him in an instant and before she could figure out what was going on, Wen Qi pressed his finger on her glabella as the Mortal Dao that he had condensed a while ago merged with Little Six.

The whole structure he had used to demonstrate to the System what he wanted done on the second floor was wholly integrated into her and Wen Qi merged it with her very soul.

This was something that Wen Qi had wanted to try but there was no way he would do it to himself. So, who better than this loyal little maid?

The whole process was done instantly and Wen Qi looked at Little Six closely so as not to miss anything. And he did not.

Little Six was dazed from the moment Wen Qi pulled her over and she could not resist. Then she felt her soul shake as her Foundation Establishment Realm cultivation was gradually stripped away from her.

Her body, which she had cultivated diligently lost all its strength and she was now no different from a mortal.

Then illusions and visions started appearing in her mind and she forgot what she saw right after another started. She saw scenes from all parts of the Immortal world and the lives of mortals and immortals.

The passage of time drew long and her initial shock and fright were gone and she became still as she watched these scenes.

She felt herself experiencing birth and death, sickness and health, poverty and wealth. She saw herself slave away and then give decrees from a dragon throne.

She wielded a sword and led armies to conquer in one scene, and in the next, she died at the opposite end of the same sword after experiencing the miseries of the conquered.

And all kinds of lives she lived, she remained a mortal. Never once was she able to escape till she gave up the thought.

One thing that she could not understand though, was why the young master would do such a thing.

There was nothing special about her. She was of a humble background and one could say that the only reason she even got a position here was because of her beauty. But it was precisely she knew this that she worked twice as much. Serving her master faithfully.

So why did he do something like this? Maybe it is because she often dreams of doing somethings with him. Or was it because she was late bringing him his meals? But this was not the first time she was late, was it?

Maybe it was her one-sided love that annoyed him. After all, she was a lowly maid, what right did she have to have Wen Qi look at her? But, it was only her private love. She tried her best not to show it.

Was she so low that she was not even allowed to love as she willed even when she kept her feelings to herself?

"No. I must not think like that. The Young Master is right. He is always right. If this is his judgment, then I will accept it fully. But what am I to do with this love? It only grows stronger with each life."

"Oh…"

Wen Qi did not know what was happening in Little Six's vision but he was paying close attention to her changes and was prepared to pull the plug if he had to.

But that in itself was dangerous and he had to be careful.

He watched as her body went through thousands of changes and her aura fluctuated.

Sometimes she was morphed into a baby, and the next she was a granny, withered and decaying, she sometimes had an aura of despair and quickly it changed to an Imperial Aura that exuded an inviolable will.

The only thing that made him remain calm was that he could feel the dao that he had condensed merge with her seamlessly.

The thing that did surprise him, however, was that the more it merged, the more it changed. It was no longer the mortal dao that he had condensed from his comprehension and the comprehension of the Heavenly Will of the Great Desolate.

It was Little Six's own Comprehension. And since she was in the Absolute Domain under Wen Qi's protection, the Dao morphed and it was no longer the Heavenly Dao of the mortal world.

It was slowly changing to Little Six's Dao of the Mortal World. This discovery fascinated Wen Qi to no end.
