Chapter 18

Frustrated.....

Nathaniel POV

" Don't you dare die........." I held her bed rod tight.

"....... without my permission. Absolutely, don't die."

You just can't die!

I sat down by the bed side, looking at weak Jade.

" It's no fun....if you're like this." I whisper. I mean how am I suppose to make someone's life who's already weak a living hell.

She was sweating, and it looks like she had difficulty with breathing. I got a hanky from my pocket and wipe her face little by little. A tear drops from her eyes which I was quick to clean.

" Get up" I whisper each time I wipe her sweat.

" Jade please get up." I don't know why I felt like this.

Maybe on hearing her name she opens her eyes slowly, quickly I covered her gaze on me with the handkerchief I was holding. She closes her eyes back and goes unconscious.

What's was wrong with me? I stood up and left. I told the doctor not to mention my name when she gets up later on.
