The basement

Um, she groaned. She tried to lift her hand, but something was preventing her from doing so. Huh? She had felt something like this before as well, she thought. 

 

While she struggled to lift her hands, she tried raising her leg, and her legs too were strained. She couldn't help but question what was happening. So she forced herself to open her eyes, but as if shut by something, she couldn't be awake or use her body! 

 

She felt frustrated, but she continued to stay patient. She could hear some weird chants that she had heard previously as well. As she focused on those sounds, she could hear them chat about the ancient relics. The prayer to the Lord of darkness and sins.
