I can't believe this is happening. I'm moving in with my mate.

'Finally. We can see our yummy mate every day!' Sadie cooed. I rolled my eyes.

I was back at my parents house, currently packing up my things. Xavier was grabbing my clothes from the closet as I packed up my bathroom.

"Is there more boxes? I just filled the last one!" Xavier yelled from the closet.

"No but you can use some bags! They're downstairs in the kitchen!" I yelled back and heard him leave the room. I closed up my box and taped it shut, carrying it out of the room and down the stairs, setting it by the front door. Xavier walked by carrying the bags.

"Just a little left. I'll bag it then we can get going." I nodded and he went up the stairs and back into the room. My mom walked up to me and smiled.

"You all ready to go honey?"

"Yeah. Xavier is grabbing the last of it." I smiled at my mom sadly as my eyes started misting.

"Oh honey. It'll be okay. We will see you often I promise." She pulled me into a tight hug.

"I'll miss you guys.." I whispered into her hair.

"We will miss you too honey. Sorry your Father couldn't be here. He had to help with some pack business." I pulled away and smiled.

"That's okay. I'll see him soon either way." She nodded. I looked over to see Xavier walking down the stairs, several boxes in his arms.

"Can you open the door for me love so I can put these in the truck?" I pulled open the door and he walked out.

"I'll see you soon Mom. I love you." I pulled her into another hug. Gripping tightly.

"I love you too honey. Be safe. Call if you need anything." I nodded.

"I will." I bent down and trapped the box at my feet and walked out to the truck, putting it in the back with the rest.

"You ready?" Xavier asked as he pulled open the passenger door for me. I nodded and slid into the seat, closing the door behind me. Xavier ran around and hopped into the drivers seat and turned on the truck.

I sat back and closed my eyes as he pulled out of the driveway.

Do you think my father will send someone else to get me?

'I wouldn't doubt it. He's the king of the demon realm. He won't stop till he gets what he wants, even if that means killing everyone we know and love.' Jezebelle ground out.

I won't let him. I will tear his realm to pieces if I have to.

'Good. We got your back. No matter what, we won't let him hurt anyone.' Arella said.

With that, I drifted off to the sound of the truck engine.

"...Babe. We're home." I cracked open my eyes to see the sky had darkened and we were sitting in the driveway of my new home. I opened the door and slid out, stretching my sore limbs.

"Do you wanna get everything inside or wait till later?" Xavier asked, running circles on the small of my back.

"We can wait. I have a bag packed so that I have something to wear for now." He nodded and I grabbed my bag before following him inside the house. As we walked inside, he paused at the stairs.

"Do you want to have your own room? If you do that's fine, I'd understand if you're not comfortable with staying in mine yet." He smiled and I blushed.

"That's alright. I don't mind staying with you." I laughed at his shocked expression.

"Well alright then. Let me show you where our room is." He said with a big grin on his face. He took my hand and led me up the stairs to the end of the hall. He opened the door and we walked inside.

" I've already cleaned out half the closet for your things so when everything is brought in, you'll have a place to put them." I nodded.

"Which one is the bathroom? I'd like to take a shower." His eyes flickered black and back to blue so fast any normal person wouldn't have noticed it. He cleared his throat and pointed to the other side of the room.

"Until we get your stuff, you can use the soaps that are in there already." I nodded and grabbed my bag, walking into the bathroom and closed the door behind me softly. I leaned up against it and took a deep breath.

'Our mate wants us' Sadie growled.

Yea but I'm not ready for that yet.

'We get it. It's just gonna be a little difficult for us.' Arella said with a sigh.

I'm sorry girls.

'All good girl. We will wait as long as we need to.'

Thank you.

With that I pushed myself off the door and turned on the shower, waiting until the room filled with steam before stripping off my clothes and stepping in under the soothing hot water.
