104 Pathetically Weak

Evan and Aviana were now at Evan's family house.

By the time they arrived, Mrs. Livares was already home and busy cooking too. However, Evan instantly helped his mother when he arrived home, and Mrs. Livares went to the master's bedroom with Aviana instead.

She had always wanted to talk with Aviana since her son told her about what the latter went through.

When Aviana sat on the couch opposite her, all her body gestures told Sylvia Livares that she was feeling nervous.

"You can relax, Aviana," Sylvia Livares calmly said to Aviana Valos with an assuring smile on her face. "I only want to have a chat with you and if you aren't comfortable with it, we don't have to do this."

"I want to do this," Aviana Valos promptly said. "I agree that I'm feeling a bit nervous because it feels like you can see through me." She slightly smiled as she explained, "Maybe because of your profession. But I have a feeling that if I talk to you, it will help me a lot."
