Chapter 129 In a cold place

"Hello son," Lucifer's voice resonated from around him.

Devile looked at his new environment which was a cold ice purlieu. The ground which he stood on was icy and he could feel it crunch underneath his feet. There were mountains and trees around him and they were all completely covered in snow and ice. How did he get here? He knew that his father Lucifer had a hand in it -- it was his voice he heard after all. 

Devile was stunned beyond reasonable doubt. He couldn't believe that out of all times, his father decided to summon him now. And there he was wondering why Lucifer hasn't appeared to him all these while not knowing that he was saving their meeting for a crucial time. Devile cursed under his breath and his shoulders dropped in weariness. Why now? Why now of all times?
