Up until now, I can't confirm anything about Vin's background. Based on his neat appearance and his knowledge plus his rare item, I believe he was a noble. But for a noble, he is quite ignorant.

He doesn't know much about magic tools. When Sam gives me his report, I quite shocked too, that Vin doesn't know much about the Story of the Hero.

When I wake up, I found myself in a dark hallway illuminated with some torches that hanging on the wall. The floor and the wall are made from stone and I can't see clearly the surrounding areas. I feel like I was in the underground/basement, but I don't remember how I get there.

I tried to move, but I can't move my bodies, as if my feet were frozen solid on the ground. I decided to watch my surround by squinted my eyes.

I can see a silhouette behind me. I can't see its face clearly, but I am certain this silhouette of human around my height. I hear faint footsteps from in front of me.

*Step* *step* *Step* *step*

The one who comes closer to me was Vin. His clothes were stained with blood. His body was gravely injured as well. He holding a sword covered with blood too. It seems he has been fighting with someone before.

"Vin, are you okay?"

I tried to talk to him, but he doesn't respond to me.

No...

He doesn't see me.

Could it be this is a dream?

He continues to walk until reach the silhouette behind me. He seems to talk but I can't figure out what he says.

He swings his sword and I see blood splattered on the wall. That time, I can move my body and I tried to see who was he killed.

Upon a closer look at the corpse, I found that it was me!!!!
