Treachery-3

Contrary to his outside stoic act an disorienting storm of thoughts were currently ravaging Raze's mind as he struggled to comprehend the current situation.

No matter how he looked at things nothing made sense.

Somewhere down the line things had drastically derailed from his knowledge.

Even when he had first arrived in the waiting room he was a bit confused by the tense atmosphere.

As according to his knowledge the situation should have already long been under control by Asher taking lead.

But he was now learning that Asher had done nothing to calm the situation down and just allowed it to escalate.

Which didn't sit right with what he knew about Asher atleast at this point in the story.

there was also the problem of how Asher was supposedly the first one to arrive in the waiting room.

Something that completely contradicted his understanding of the novel where he only arrived a whole day after the first climber.
