A week has passed since I started my training, and I still haven't started training with my dad yet. Mom said that he's trying to get the majority of his work taken care of, so he can start adding our training sessions to his schedule. I also haven't started my battle energy training yet. I don't think my father has found a suitable teacher yet. This morning I woke up to a system notification.

I guess word has spread faster than I thought it would. I have to find a good moment to use the Humanoid Loot Box. I feel like I'm vulnerable now that everyone knows about my affinities. It's stupid because I know that I have the guards and the aerie, but I would feel safer if I can summon someone that I know can protect me. The problem is that I have the guards and the aerie. They are a double-edged sword. On one hand, they are protecting me and keeping me safe, and on the other hand I have no space to summon my servant.
I have a plan, but I have to come up with a good way to pull it off. Anyone that's ever read or watched Harry Potter knows that Phoenixes have a few powers, and one of those is teleportation. I need to find a good chance to have Nova teleport me away so I can summon my first humanoid servant. There are a few ways I can do this. I can go to the bathroom, and teleport from there. I'm unsure if the aerie would be that thorough, and if they are I'm not sure I want to know. Another is I can just have Nova teleport me randomly, and pretend that I didn't know she can do that. My last idea is to wait for some sort of assassination attempt on me, and have Nova save me by teleporting me away.
I think I'm going to go with the second option. That way I don't show all my cards to my enemies. Having Nova's ability to teleport is very important, and the longer that ability is a secret the better. The best option is to have Nova teleport me away in front of my parents. I'm sure it will scare them a little, but I need to use this loot box already. Now that I have a plan I'll execute it after dinner tonight. Speaking of dinner my parents and I have been eating at least one meal a day together which has been nice. My day is like any other for the past week. Filled with training in the morning and lessons in the afternoon. When dinner ended that night, Nova appeared at the head of the chair next to me in a burst of fire shocking my parents. Of course, I pretended to be surprised as well.
"Nova, when did you learn that?" I asked hoping my acting sounds convincing. Nova cries out and puffs her chest out with pride. I haven't let her teleport before because someone might see, so she's very happy to go along with this plan.
"Sweetheart, did Nova just appear out of flames?" My mother asked looking shocked and impressed.
"I think so." I answer.
"Impressive, that's a very handy ability if she can appear anywhere." Father says, as Nova hops onto my shoulder.
"She wants to show me something, and she seems excited." I say pretending to be clueless, and Nova teleports me away. To my parents, it looks like disappear in a flash of fire. We appear in a forest not far from Vadena the capital of the Fortis kingdom where the palace is located. It's named after the first Queen of the Fortis Kingdom. Standing in the forest as the sun sets it looks very beautiful. Not anything like earth with all the pollution and deforestation. Nova rubs her head against my cheek as if asking if she did a good job.
"Yes Nova, you did perfectly. Thanks for helping me out." I say. "Now, it's finally time to open this loot box. I'm so excited!"

Once again the screen changes and a prize wheel appears in front of me. The wheel is just as massive as the Animal Loot Box if not bigger. On the bottom right of the screen is the button to spin. I press the button and the massive wheel spins quickly just like before. After waiting the wheel slows down, and stops. The screen shows a lean young man with blue hair, blue eyes, and a long horn in the center of his forehead. He looks familiar but I just can't place where I've seen him from. The young man in the picture appears before me dressed in a blue and black ninja-like attire, and a pair of Ninjato across his back.
"Master, it's an honor to meet you." He says stoically and confident, as he kneels in front of me.
"It's nice to meet you as well. Stand, there's no need to bow." I say.
"Thank you, master." He says, and stands immediately.
"What's your name and race?" I ask.
"My name is Souei and I'm a Dark Spirit Oni." He explains. Oh my god! I know where he's from now. It's Souei from 'That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime'! I loved that novel back on earth. This is perfect because Souei is an assassin/ninja/spy. He's the perfect person to summon because he can protect me from the shadows, and gather information for me.

"Thank you, Master." He says, and gives a small bow.

Holy shit! Souei is overpowered. He has dual affinities like me, but why is he only rank 1 in magic and battle energy?

Huh, that makes sense. It's also really good because my servants can get even stronger by increasing their rank, and learning this worlds magic and battle energy. As I was contemplating this, the sunset and the night began. What I didn't notice is a pack of wolves that hunt in this area of the forest. Before I knew it we were surrounded by at least ten wolves, but not just any wolves. These are core beasts because they're just too huge to be normal wolves. You can also see the faint silver glow they radiate. This means they are silver ★ ranked core beasts.
"Don't worry, Master. I can handle this." Souei said with confidence.
Oh yeah, why was I worried? Even Nova can handle silver rank core beasts. Don't even mention Souei who has the most overpowered status I've ever seen. I guess I'm not used to these situations yet. The wolves moved into place around us and pounced forward all at once. When the wolves pounced something unexpected happened, they all turned into chunks of meat. I look around to see what happened, and I see the blood of the wolves dripping off glittering steel threads. The threads must have surrounded them, so when the wolves pounced forward to attack they were instead chopped to pieces by the sharp thread.
"Thanks for the save Souei, but I think we should get going. My parents are probably getting worried by now." I say, as I get slightly nauseous from the bloody chunks and guts everywhere. I'll have to get used to this sooner or later, so I steel my stomach and look forward. "Souei, Can you hide in my shadow? Nova here" I say pointing to Nova "is going to teleport us back to my parents, and I don't want them to know about you. My parents are very protective, and they won't believe that you're my servant."
"Yes, Master." He says, and blurs into my shadow.
"Good, alright Nova get us home please." I say, and disappear in a burst of flame.
