29 C28 Cute Oni Maid

After seeing the image, the blue-haired girl appears before me. Where is she from? Blue hair, short stature, maid uniform. Ohh, it's Rem from Re: Zero. I was hoping for some sort of strategist or minister to help my future plans and running my new Duchy, but this isn't bad at all. I need someone to train the staff I'm going to hire for the manor, she's powerful, and best of all she's cute.

"Status" Rem says as she stares into the space in front of her.

Skills/Abilities:
Magic-User: Rem is skilled at Water Magic and Roswaal, who taught her how to use it, estimates her skill as being in the lower high. She is able to attack and heal using her magic.
Healing Magic: Rem summons water mana to heal the wounds of herself and others, however, it only affects physical ones.
Huma: Rem creates a shining water barrier that blocks other projectiles and sorts of magic. However, if the incoming magic is stronger than the shield, it will get through it and cause damage to the user.
El Huma: Rem forms and shoots multitudes of ice spears from her hands which easily pierces through and crushes flesh that vanishes a moment afterward.
Ul Huma: Rem materializes and shoots three pillars of ice, each as thick as a hundred spears bundled together.
Al Huma: Rem creates a sharp ten-meter long spear of ice. It can also be modified to trap enemies. She can create up to 4 of them.
Synesthesia: An ability that she shares with her sister. It allows them to share their feelings with each other through telepathy.
Oni Bloodline: As she is an Oni, Rem can enter her Oni Form, manifesting a single white horn on her forehead. The horn increases her physical abilities and acts as a gate that gathers mana from the atmosphere, though since she only has one, she is physically weaker than the average oni and tries to make up for it through the use of magic and weaponry.
Inventory: Large Flail}
Not nearly as overpowered as Souei, but still plenty strong in her own right. I'm sure she will make a fine maid, and I definitely need one to help with the manor right now.
"Master, It's an honor to be summoned by you." Rem speaks in a superficially polite manner.
"It's nice to meet you, Rem. Please take care of me as my maid from now on." I say.
"Yes, Master."
"You saw your status?" I ask.
"Yes, what does the fighter and mage rank mean?" She asks.
"In this world the higher your rank, the more powerful you are. Since you're new to this world, you're the lowest rank. In order to rank up, you have to kill someone or thing. Doing so will raise your rank." I explain.
"Interesting. What's the best way to raise my rank?"
"The dungeons, but we'll dive into those later on together. I'm not worried about your rank at the moment." I say.
"Are those your twins at the desk behind you?" She points at the clones going through the paperwork.
"No, that's an ability I have. I can make clones of myself, and they're doing my paperwork right now. How about we go on a tour of the manor, and I'll tell you about myself and this world." I escort Rem out of the room.
I take her around the manor and explain everything I know about the world and who I am. After the tour, we return to my study. Souei exits my shadow scaring Rem causing her to go straight into attack mode. She activated her oni form, and a white horn appeared on her forehead. She takes out her giant flail and swings it at Souei. Souei catches it in the palm of his and just stares at her.
"Calm down!" I yell. "This is Souei, my other servant. I forgot to mention my other servants." I scratch the back of my head while chuckling slightly. I could have sworn Rem rolled her eyes at me, but I could just be seeing things.
"Rem, this is Souei. He stays in my shadow to protect me at all times. He's also an oni like you. You can think of him as my assassin/spymaster. He has clones everywhere in order to spy, and gather information for me." I explain.
"It's nice to meet you, Souei" she offers with that same superficial politeness.
"You as well, Rem." He replies with his stoic attitude.
Why do all of my servants have these weird quirks in their personalities? The only normal one is Nova, and she can't even speak.
"Now that we're all acquainted. What did you come out for Souei?" I ask.
"I've gathered the information you've asked for." He says and hands me a thick folder that he brought out of his shadow.
"Huh, your quick as always, Souei."
Looking through the folder I see all of the crimes the syndicate has committed, their establishments, warehouses, and members. For each member, he wrote a list of crimes, which included evidence.
"Is this every member of the syndicate?" I ask.
"No, it's every member in Sena. There's more spread out everywhere in Ephia." He explains. Rem is standing at my side listening intently.
"Hmm, we should cleanse the city first and work our way outwards." I say as I read over the documents. Souei nods agreeing with me, and Rem isn't completely informed about this, so she just listens. "Do any of these people leave the city after dark?"
"The traffickers and smugglers are always in and out of the city, but the majority should be in the city until tomorrow morning." He explains.
"Why are they all staying in the city tonight?" I ask.
"An underground auction is taking place tonight, so everyone is staying to attend. Some smugglers and traffickers have goods up for auction as well." Souei says.
"Rem, get me the captain of the royal guards. We have some scheming to do." She leaves the room swiftly and returns shortly after with the captain of the knights that my father sent with me. Souei has already returned to my shadow, as to not reveal himself.
"Your Highness, you called?" He asks as he kneels before me. He peaks over at Rem with a weird look.
"Yes, I did. That's Rem, my new maid. We didn't have any staff, so I got myself a cute maid."
"Your Highness, you haven't left the manor. Where did you find her?" He asks as respectfully as possible.
"Don't worry about it. I have my ways to get things done." I say and he shuts his mouth. "There are cockroaches in my Duchy, and tonight we are exterminating them." I say and hand him the folder. After reading the folder he just sighs and looks at the papers with exasperation.
"I thought we would get a break after the war, but I guess nothing is ever easy. *sigh* This is going to be a long night."
